Plastic Technoligies Inc. is family owned plastics manufacturer based out of Elgin, IL. PTI was founded in 1967 and began manufacturing specialized optical work out of a basement in Chicago, IL. The business moved a few more times (Schaumburg, Carpentersville) before settling in at our current location. In 1994 we purchased our first Injection Molding press and have continued to grow/evolve ever since. We now manufacture out of our 65,000 sq/ft shop in Elgin, IL, expanding from Injection Molding into Extrusion, Blow Molding, Metal Stamping & CNC Machining.
