Marhaba! I am a Director at Piermont Search bringing with me over a decade of international recruitment experience gained in London and the UAE. Together James and I have held the responsibility for the strategic and operational execution of the Piermont business since its inception in 2014. I have managed and developed shared service recruitment teams covering HR, legal, sales and marketing, finance and administration, recruiting in to a wide variety of industries across the UK and MEA regions.
My area of specialism is Emiratisation; I have led a number of localisation campaigns, placing a high-volume of talented Emiratis across numerous business divisions at all levels since 2008.
Between my two sons and the Piermont business I'm kept very busy!
I have lived in the UAE since 2008 and love the country and region, with Dubai being a special place to myself and my family.
I co-founded Piermont Search in 2014 and bring over 15 years of recruitment experience to the business gained from working in the UK and Middle East markets. Throughout my career I have provided my clients with a range of search and talent management solutions including contingent, project and retained search assignments across multiple industries. I have been responsible for a high number of strategic hires and the successful delivery of recruitment projects with the leading companies operating in the region and internationally.
