Pranavam Aerospace was incorporated on 9 September 2016 by co-founders Srinivasrao Amula and Bhanu Prakash Chinmuthavi who founded Pranita Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 1998. They grew Pranita to a leading detailed parts manufacturer with a turnover (2016-17 - unaudited) of nearly INR 70 crore (approx. USD 11 million) before selling their stakes in Pranita to Gardner Aerospace (a tier 1 supplier for Airbus) in July 2016...
