After a distinguished military career, Kris transitioned to the private sector as a PSE Program Manager, where his exemplary project management skills quickly became evident. Kris adeptly managed multiple projects, culminating in his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2016.
In his capacity as COO, Kris played a pivotal role in expanding PSE's global business portfolio, driving growth and innovation within the organization. In 2023, Kris was promoted to CEO, where he now leads with an unwavering focus on strategic growth initiatives, operating from the company's headquarters in Tucson, AZ.

Reggie's journey in leadership began with his tenure in the U.S. Army, where he formed the foundation of his technical expertise. After his military service, Reggie transitioned into Engineering with the Department of Defense, where he gained invaluable experience and expertise.

Victor Garcia embarked on his journey with PSE in 2016, initially signing on as a Systems Integrator. In a remarkably short span, Victor's ability to decipher intricate challenges and project risks related to schedule and budget constraints became evident. His skills, coupled with a remarkable dedication to his team and the client, led to his promotion to Lead Systems Integrator. From there, his acute discernment, combined with his unbridled passion for electronics, propelled Victor to his current role as Chief Technology Officer - a promotion that came in 2022. What commenced as Victor's pursuit of a degree in Computer Electronics Engineering Technology has evolved into a distinguished career, garnering recognition both nationally and internationally as an esteemed subject matter expert in Electronic Security Engineering. In his capacity as Chief Technology Officer, Victor shoulders the responsibility of engineering design strategy, program planning, and the identification and integration of emerging technology.
