PROFESSIONAL HEARING CARE - Key Persons

Alli Anderson

Job Titles:
  • Audiologist
I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, and I completed my undergraduate degree in 2018 at UW in River Falls. I moved from rural Minnesota to the big town of Madison in the Fall of 2018, and quickly became a Wisconsin Badger! I graduated from the Doctor of Audiology program at the University of Wisconsin in 2022. I am fortunate to join the team at Professional Hearing Care following my residency with Dr. Laura Vinopal. Developing relationships with my patients and helping them reconnect with their loved ones through better hearing brings me joy. Audiology is interesting as technology is constantly evolving, how the brain is connected to hearing, and no two patients are alike. What I love most about private practice is being able to customize a patient's treatment and the amount of time I can spend with them. My main reason for becoming an audiologist was to improve my patient's and family's quality of life. Growing up my grandfather developed hearing loss over time due to his occupation. It became very difficult for him to converse in crowded environments including family gatherings. Once I was able to get him into treatment, he started to join family gatherings again which improved our family's quality of life as well as his. I am truly passionate about my work, and I hope to continue to improve individuals' lives.
