Antonio Scognamillo

Antonio has a long-lasting career in the Italian insurance sector. He started his career in 1988 as Claims Manager at Assitalia. In 1990 Antonio joined Toro Assicurazioni, firstly as Chief Claims Manager then Sales & Operative Marketing Manager and Claims Director. From 1999 to 2007, he successively served as Assistant of Chief Commercial, Area Manager Italia Centrale and Sales Director Italy Centro-Sud at Lloyd Adriatico Assicurazioni. After Lloyd Adriatico's takeover by Allianz, Antonio held the folowing high responsability positions until 2016: CCO of Allianz Subalpina and Sales Director (Rome, Multitied Agency Network, Allianz S.p.A and Allianz Bank Financial Advisors). Antonio then joined Amissima Assicurazioni Group (Apollo Global Management) as CCO (2017-2022). He briefly served as Marketing Director of HDI Insurance Italy in 2022. Jean-Jacques began his career in the defence sector (EDAS and Direction Générale pour l'Armement) before joining the Société Générale Group as CIO of all institutional custody activities abroad. Then, from 2004 to 2008, he was CIO of Société Générale Securities Services before being appointed Group Head of Information Systems Performance Management (2009-2010) and then Head of Production (2011-2012). In 2012, he joined Alstom Grid as Head of the SAP Service Centre. From 2016 to 2018, he was responsible for the industry and commerce sectors at Capgemini. Jean-Marc, now Chairman of ACEB, an insurance consultancy, began his career as an insurance auditor. He took part in various assignments for the Inspection des Finances, the Commission de Contrôle des Assurances and the Treasury. Between 1994 and 2005, he held management and then general management positions at Aviva in France and then at Aviva Europe. From 2005 to 2008, he was delegate general of the Fédération française des sociétés d'assurances, before joining Fixage Actuariat from 2008 to 2010 as deputy managing director. From 2010 to 2012, he was Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Pasteur Mutualité, before founding ACEB and then Iron-Algo.

Jean-Paul Sabet

Jean-Paul spent his entire career with Paribas, then BNP Paribas. After 20 years in mergers and acquisitions, then private equity at Paribas, where he was responsible for the agri-food and wine sectors, he joined the Executive Board of Klépierre, leading its redeployment into shopping centres between 1998 and 2003. He was Head of Finance and Strategy for BNP Paribas' French retail banking business from 2003 to 2006, and then a member of the Executive Committee of BNL, which he acquired in 2006, until the end of 2009 (in charge of integration, then COO). Since 2010, he has progressively managed all BNP Paribas banks in emerging countries (Mediterranean Europe), leading a merger in Turkey from 2010 to 2012, the restructuring of Ukrsibbank in Ukraine from 2013 to 2015, two acquisitions in Poland in 2015 and 2017 giving birth to BNP Paribas Polska. Since 2017, he has reorganised the Group's presence in Africa, selling off all the banks in that continent except Morocco and Algeria.

After graduating from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in 1981, Michel Gonnet spent 17 years in the Ministry of Finance, in particular in the Department of External Economic Relations and from 1995 to 1998 as Director of Public Accounts. He was technical adviser to the Minister for the Economy and Finance, Edmond Alphandéry, and the Minister for the Budget, Nicolas Sarkozy, from 1993 to 1995, and then special adviser to the Minister for the Economy and Finance, Alain Madelin (1995). He joined the Caisse des Dépôts in 1998 as General Secretary, before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of general interest missions (regional development, SMEs, social housing, digital equipment, regulated banking, legal professions) and then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of C3D, in charge of non-financial subsidiaries (transport, tourism, engineering, real estate). He joined Groupe Caisse d'Epargne in 2004 as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Foncier de France. He was then appointed Director of Regional Development at the Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne (SMEs, local authorities, social economy) and Chairman of the Executive Board of Financière Océor in charge of international business. In 2010, Michel Gonnet set up his consultancy company EUDOXIA and in 2017 joined GB2A Finances as Chairman. He is an independent director and Chairman of committees of several companies. Olivier Métrot

Olivier began his career in 1997 in private equity with PAI Partners, based in Hong Kong. He then joined CDC Ixis Asset Management (now Natixis Investment Managers) as VP Corporate Development based in Paris. In 2002 he joined Credit Agricole SA as VP Corporate Development within its International Affiliates Division and then in the Group Finance in-House M&A division. In 2006, Olivier became Head of Corporate Development of Banque Populaire Group (now BPCE). Prior to Priscus Finance, Olivier served in the in-house M&A team of the BPCE Group and was notably in charge of divestments of non-core subsidiaries exposed to the real estate sector. Olivier has over 20 years combined experience in principal investing experience and participated or managed over 50 major transactions in asset management, banking, insurance and real-estate.

Renato has a long career in the marketing and sales departments of Italian subsidiaries of multinational companies.
