PHOENIX SHOOTING CLUB

The Phoenix Shooting Club was first established 38 years ago in 1986. The club was named after The Phoenix Inn near Hartley Wintney where the original six founder members were regular drinkers. Not long afterwards the club became affiliated to the CPSA now making it one of the oldest CPSA affiliated clay shooting clubs. Different shooting grounds have been used over the years but for the last 15 or so we have been using a really nice ground at Long Sutton near Odiham in north Hampshire. The club currently has around 50 members. We shoot sporting clay targets on every second and fourth Sunday of the month with the occasional extra shoot...
