Mr. Musona serves on the P.I.G. Board as a Non-Executive Director. Allan brings over 15 years investment banking, private equity, principal investing and consulting experience with various international banks and boutique firms including Deutsche Bank, Investec Bank Ltd, Utho Capital and Loita Capital Partners International. Allan is currently a Senior Advisor of Loita Capital Partners International, a Manutius Mauritius incorporated investment banking services and investment firm, with a specific focus on originating, structuring and implementing project & structured trade finance related transactions in Sub Saharan Africa. Allan has a deep understanding of funding and investment opportunities that exists on the continent and under his leadership, Loita has refined its focus on Africa's key growth sectors and has honed in on the ingredients required for future success. He has developed a sound understanding of the economic, cultural and political structures in many African countries, at both local and national level. Allan's depth of knowledge, experience, high level contacts and passion for Africa allows him to identify investment and funding opportunities and offer customised funding and investment solutions for potential clients. Allan has established extensive relationships with government, regulatory bodies, top business leaders and industry groups Allan holds a Masters in Commerce (Applied Finance) from the University of Queensland Business School, Australia. He also holds a B.Com in Finance and Economics from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa.

Mr. Moturi serves on the PYTHGROUP Board as Executive Director. He is an established ICT and Telecoms Business Executive, Strategic Advisor and Entrepreneur. After an illustrious corporate career, he co-founded Sierra Group, which is a Project Development, Management Services and Investor in ICT/Telecoms, Infrastructure and Energy Sectors. He is currently Group Chief Executive of Sierra and sits on the board of a number of affiliate companies and subsidiaries. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics/Statistics. He has over 18 years direct experience in the ICT and Telecoms sector. Mr. Moturi has also been recognized and listed in the 2008 edition of the International Who's Who Historical Society as a business professional who has demonstrated exemplary achievements and contribution to the business community. Some of the projects Mr. Moturi has headed and executed in the past include: Telco Services -Mr. Moturi was the pioneer Chief Officer for Enterprise Sector in Safaricom and built a converged services portfolio for enterprise sector. Telco Infrastructure - Mr. Moturi was the Managing Director of a telco infrastructure services, engineering and maintenance business maintaining a number of GSM sites in Malawi, Kenya, Nigeria and Rwanda. Broadband Data and Internet Services - Mr. Moturi was a central player in the development of a continental Broadband Internet and data services provider in West Africa (Nigeria and Ghana) serving various responsibilities from Chief Commercial and Marketing officer to Managing Director in Ghana and eventually Regional CEO in West Africa. ICT Services - Integrated Enterprise Technology solutions - Over 10 years experience in sales, business development, channel /partner development, new market entry and turnkey ICT project management in Africa for a leading ICT Enterprises technology solution provider (Dimension Data).
