Ms. Ancin has an extensive Architectural background, holding a B.S. from Cornell University in Interior Space Planning & Design and a M.S. in Architecture from the University of Colorado, College of Architecture and Planning. Through her association with a variety of architectural offices, she has developed extensive experience in residential and commercial projects. Among these are private residences, multi-family residential projects and commercial centers throughout the New York Metropolitan area. She has a good working knowledge of all phases of the project, including site analysis and design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction services.

Mr. Scott has an extensive engineering and architectural background and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut with a NCERB Professional Engineering License and Architecture License. Through Education and Professional Experience, Mr. Scott has a unique perspective and a notable advantage in executing a variety of projects and completing them within the required parameters. These include site planning, structural design, wastewater management and architectural design.
