RCEL is a thriving privately owned Canadian consulting engineering firm that was incorporated in May of 2002. The Firm's head office is located in Toronto, Ontario, with a regional office in Burlington Ontario. Since its inception, RCEL has built a strong foundation for growth and has continued to expand its horizons. After being established by the partners of the company, RCEL grew to a staff of 10 persons. While initially only offering services in Building Science and Structural Rehabilitation, we rapidly expanded into Transportation Engineering. By 2011, the company grew to a staff of twenty (20) regular staff and 10 contract employees. In 2013 our Mechanical and Electrical Department was launched, and our engineering services were broadened to include new build construction for the municipal, institutional, commercial and industrial clients.
