RFFL-LFFR

The Rockland Flag Football League was established in 1991, the current President is Fred Epps. The 33 rd season will open with exhibition games August 9 th , 14th and 16 th 2023. The regular season will kick-off on August 21 st, 2023 and end October 22 nd, 2023. Playoffs will begin with Quarter Final games on October 26 th, followed by Semi Final games on October 30 th. The crowning of the Silver Cup XXXIII Champions on November 4 th will end the season.
