ROCKY MOUNTAIN DIVING CLUB

Our goal is to ensure that we have the best facility available to our students and staff so that we are able to provide the best and safest instruction possible... Rocky Mountain Diving Club (RMDC) offers recreational Learn-to-Dive and, pre-competitive programs for all ages. Our goal is to provide quality technical springboard and platform diving instruction at the introductory level in a safe, controlled, and fun environment. We incorporate trampoline and dry board training, as well as dry land strength and flexibility conditioning into all lessons... Our programs are run out of two facilities. Our main programs are run out of two world class facilities - MNP Community & Sport Centre and Seton YMCA. Both facilities feature 1 and 3 meter springboards as well as 3, 5, 7 and 10 meter platforms.
