Ma Ah Nge Htwe, another associate consultant of "Sagawa" received her Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Yangon Institute of Economics. She has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the Financial Sector working as Chief Accountant, Finance Manager and General Manager at private companies and the international NGOs. Her expertise includes Setting up accounting system, Development of Accounting Standard Operating procedure & frameworks, Financial Report Development by using effective & proper format, and Auditing and Management Reporting. She also provides Accounting Training with hands-on cases with Microsoft Excel and facilitates Financial Management Trainings.

Nang Htet Thu Hlaing has been working at the Sagawa as training cum consultant since 2018. Her professional experience in Organization Development such as action research and analyses results, facilitating in the implementing changes process, clarification of role and responsibility, organizational structure and system reviewing, capacity building training, social enterprise training in the business sector (MSME), INGOs, NGOs, and local CSOs, and public sector. And, she has been an experienced Behavior Change Facilitator and Program Manager with INGOs and Local CSOs from 2008 to 2017. She is the Certified Trainer not only The Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), ILO but also Organization Workshop (OW), Power + System In. US.

Nyan Lin is the senior consultant and training facilitator of Sagawa Development Company Limited. Nyan provides training and consulting services in strategic planning, strategic management, leadership and management, organizational development, psychosocial support and lay counselling and so on. He had served on training consultant (part-time) in CCR CSR (Myanmar). Moreover, he worked as an associate training coordinator at Myanmar Minerva Education Center. His client experience includes Civil Society Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, and the various Business Organizations. In addition, he experienced project evaluation, organizational diagnosis and other social research. Nyan Lin holds a Bachelor's degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from Yangon University and also a Master's degree in Development Studies from Yangon University of Economics in 2015.
