Michelle Davey is the CFO of Safe Food En Route. She is multifaceted in the skillsets she brings to SFER. She designed and manages our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process along with designing, creating and managing our financial reports. With over 22 years of experience in various industries such as Non-profit, Real Estate Legal and Forensic Accounting, she utilizes her skills within the Finance department, backend operations, website redesign and management, IT and software management. In her first year within SFER, she increased our revenue by 278% by revamping our deliverables to our clients. With her small team, she helped us expand our clientele by 553%. She implemented a new financial system integrating with CRM, resulting in an increase in automation by 294% and a streamlined close process. Michelle has an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute, a Bachelor's Degree in Management (minor in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship) from Strayer University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration (concentration in Management) from Strayer University.

Robert Monteforte is our Project Technical Manager, supporting our advisors on end deliverables. He comes to us with 28 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company. As a quality food safety professional, he brings a blend of experiences in quality control, food safety, and manufacturing expertise. He excels in balancing cost, quality, safety, and service considerations. Robert's expertise lies in quality and food safety systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering sustainable results, while meeting client's specific needs. His hands-on experience encompasses managing manufacturing quality control, personnel, monitoring programs, and HACCP plan implementation. With his proficiency in developing quality systems, food safety policies, and compliance measures, Robert is a servant leader committed to optimizing all key imperatives. Robert graduated from Memphis State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistical Application. His certifications include PCQI, FSSC22000, HACCP, Advance HACCP, Internal Auditing, Kaizen and he is a veteran of the United States Navy.
