Rogue Valley Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association RVHPA is the local Hang Gliding & Paragliding Club in SW Oregon and far Northern California. Our main flying sites are Woodrat Mountain, The Whaleback, Herd Peak, and others in the Rogue, Applegate, and Shasta Valleys.
