Mr. Bu Guo Jun joined Chindex in January, 1997 and from 1997 to September 2004, he worked as Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager and etc. He took the role as Finance Director, Finance System Director, Finance Director for PRA from Octomber,2004 to January 2011. Because of his excellent work result and management ability, he was appointed to General Manager and CML Finance Director and General Manager, Senior CML Finance Director from February 2011 to January 2017.
Mr. Bu Guo Jun graduated from Beijing University of Technology with MA degree in computer science and technology.

Mr. Liu Yu oversees Surgical Products Department, Medical Aesthetics Products Department, Technical Service Department, Commercial Operation Department and Hongkong Operation.
Mr. Liu Yu's first position with Chindex was as North China Territory Business Manager in the MPD-MIP Department from April 2003 until December 2004. In July 2008 Liu Yu rejoined Chindex Medical as the National Sales & Marketing Manager for Intuitive Surgical products.
In February 2011, he took the General Manager position, Surgical Products Department and then he was appointed as Vice President. In January 2016, he took on additional responsibilities as the Senior Vice President for the company. More recently in January 2017, he was appointed the Senior Vice President of Fosunpharma Medical Device Division.
Mr. Liu Yu worked for Medtronic from 2000 to 2003 holding the role of Product Manager. He also worked for Brainlab as the National Manager and held the position as Chief Representative for IMRIS.
Mr. Liu Yu graduated from Tianjin University of Technology with a BA degree in Precision Instruments.

Mr. William Wang joined Fosunpharma and has held the post of CEO for Chindex Medical Limited since August 2014. Mr. Wang brings us a unique blend of experience in the management of investment, M&A, operation integration, and business restructuring in the manufacturing, financial and energy sectors in China and Europe.
Before joining us, William was the Corporate Vice President of Investment and Asset Management for Suntech Power Holdings. He worked for Pentair from 2006 to 2010 and he served as M&A Director, APAC Division and GM for Beijing Pentair sequentially during that time. He was the GM of Investment Management Dept. when he was employed by the Haughton Peak Holdings Group. He also served in other managerial positions for D'long Investment Group and Shanghai Automotive Foundry Works from 1995 to 2001.

Mr. Xu holds an MBA from the Hong Kong Economic College Graduate School. He serves as Deputy General Manager of Medical Device division within Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.
