Donna T. Miller is a long-time Associate Attorney with Sean M. Dillon, LLC. She is currently responsible for all of the firm's personal injury matters advocating for proper compensation for clients injured as a result of automobile accidents, slip and falls, and other incidents. She also specializes in No Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitrations for both injured individuals and medical providers including surgical centers, orthopedists and chiropractors.
For over 15 years Donna has served as a State Appointed Arbitrator for the Mandatory Personal Injury and Automobile Arbitration Programs.
After graduating from Colgate University in 1988 with her Bachelor of Arts degree, Donna received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Pace University in 1991. She initially worked as a litigator in the insurance defense field for Melli & Wright, PC from 1991 until 1998 when she joined Mr. Dillon.
Kelly M. Kenny is an Associate Attorney with Sean M. Dillon LLC. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University and she received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Kelly was admitted to practice before the State and Federal District Courts of New Jersey in 1999.
While attending law school and after graduation, she was employed with personal injury and workers' compensation firms, and has continued focusing in this area of practice for over 20 years. She is an experienced litigator having conducted both jury and bench trials with a concentration in Workers' Compensation matters. She has also served as a plaintiffs' automobile arbitrator as well as being appointed as a neutral arbitrator in uninsured automobile claims.
