SENJAN was founded over 30 years ago by the late Dr. Bismillah as a private, peaceful escape that provided a challenging golf experience for the people of Wellington County. Dr. Bismillah was a former Chief of Staff and practiced medicine at Groves Memorial Hospital for 36 years. The club continues to thrive under the ownership of his daughter, Nisha and son in-law, Gary Linford... The course takes the player through fairways lined by many mature trees, and includes water hazards as well as strategically placed bunkers. Hole #9 is SENJAN WOOD'S signature hole. A 507 yard par 5 requiring a challenging shot over the pond to a difficult green a few feet away from the veranda at the clubhouse. Members can bring their own food and beverage using the well-equipped clubhouse kitchen and BBQ areas.
