Mr. Gardner has over 30 years of experience in the global oil and gas industry, initially as a geologist with Exxon; and after completing an MBA, progressed his commercial career to the corporate executive level with a growing focus on general management, strategy, business development and M&A. He spent nearly 17 years with BP, including in BP's corporate center and M&A group, and leading Exploration new access globally and Upstream business development across Europe and Africa. From 2014, Mr. Gardner was SVP of Business Development for Husky Energy in Calgary culminating in Husky's combination with Cenovus Energy in January 2021. Mr. Gardner, also, was a Special Adviser with Kirk Lovegrove & Company Ltd in London.

David Oginski is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in the management and development of Canadian oil and gas properties. In the late 1980's he began working in large sour gas plants in the foothills of Alberta as a facility engineer and progressed into project evaluation and project management roles. In 1996 he moved towards the reservoir side of the industry, gaining expertise in production operations and exploitation (depletion planning). In 2000 Mr. Oginski had his first lead exploration role as manager of a Deep Basin exploration team. Subsequent to this, his roles expanded to include corporate development and the evaluation of oil and gas properties. He has led multi-disciplined teams to develop large exploration programs, complete several successful acquisitions, and help grow and sell companies as a whole.
Dr. Lamb began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1993 with Schlumberger as a field engineer based in Canada. He moved through several positions involving open hole and cased hole wells and ended his field career as Engineer in Charge.

Mr. Ghazar is a professional accountant with over 27 years of domestic and international experience in the oil & gas industry. He has held executive and management positions with Exchange-listed Issuers which have been involved in growth, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Currently, Mr. Ghazar is Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Shale Petroleum Ltd., a private oil and gas company. Concurrently, Mr. Ghazar is Director and Chief Financial Officer for Asia Green Biotechnology Corp., a public corporation listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Mr. Ghazar holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a minor in Business from the University of Calgary and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, as well as completing the 5th level in the CMA program. Also forming part of Mr. Ghazar's formal education includes a CAPPA certificate (Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting) as well as certificates of completion in the Public Company Compliance Workshops which focus on the regulations of the Securities Regulatory Industry, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, as well as Regulatory and Corporate Governance Practices.
