Jose Honrado has over 50 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering. He is a principal of the firm and provides QA/QC on most projects. His specialization is in heating, ventilation and air conditioning. He has developed a distinct blend of strategic research and consulting experience in design and construction know-how in educational facilities and laboratories, hotels, computer centers, clean rooms, hospital and health-related facilities, central refrigeration and central boiler plants, interior improvements, art galleries, art storage, research facilities, and botanical conservatories. He has a BE in Mechanical Design from University of Philippines, and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University.

Kaushal is an Associate Principal and leads the Mechanical group at Shenoy. He has over 22 years of experience in project management, design engineering of Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing Systems, and construction administration for several projects involving rehabilitation, renovation, expansion and construction of MEP/FP systems. He is experienced in the design of boiler, air conditioning, and ventilation systems; underground and above ground mechanical distribution systems. He is knowledgeable in completion of plans and specification for all plumbing systems, including water, gas, storm, sanitary, site damage, fire preventive systems, sprinklers and standpipes. Kaushal has served as project manager on various requirements contracts and has been involved with all project phases from scope through design to construction and close-out. He is adept at client communication, coordinating with other trades, compliance and monitoring project costs and schedules. He has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah. He is a registered PE and LEED Accredited Professional.

Ravi Shenoy founded Shenoy Engineering in 2003. He is the President and Principal-in-Charge on several of Shenoy's projects. With over 50 years of experience in design, construction and management of MEP systems in various types of facilities in the public and private sectors, his in-depth knowledge and expertise provide direction to effective project delivery. Prior to founding Shenoy, Ravi was a Principal at MDM Consulting Engineers for over 24 years and was in charge of numerous large, complex, and challenging projects. From Educational Facilities, Corporate Office Buildings, Apartment Buildings, Medical Centers, Computer Rooms to Correction and Transportation (Air, Land, Rail) Facilities, he has overseen projects with construction costs of over a billion dollars. He has extensive experience in the design of high performance buildings. He has hands-on experience in the design of all aspects of mechanical and electrical systems that lends itself in Green Building opportunities and strategies. He was a member of the committee for developing Green Building Design Standards for the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC). He holds a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from Cooper Union, and is a registered PE in NY and NJ.

Yatish is an Associate Principal and heads the Electrical group at Shenoy. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, design and construction administration of new and existing electrical systems for various buildings and facilities. His expertise is in electrical System design and distribution for both Low Voltage and High Voltage Systems including fire alarm systems, PA and clock systems, auxiliary signal and security systems, emergency and stand-by generators, indoor/outdoor lighting systems, electrical system design for related HVAC, plumbing & sprinkler system including boiler power plants, both package and split air conditioning system, sump & sewage pumps and fire pumps. He is very familiar with New York City Electrical Codes, New York City Building Codes, ADA and local codes. He is a registered Professional Engineer, is a NYS Commercial Energy inspector and a LEED AP BD&C. He holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
