Arash Dilmanian is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities across all property types located in urban infill and secondary markets across the U.S. Previously, Arash was a member of Merrill Lynch's Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure Investment Banking Group, where he participated in numerous public, private equity and debt financing assignments as well as merger, acquisition and strategic advisory assignments on behalf of public and private real estate companies. Arash earned a B.S. with honors from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Arelis Paris is a Vice President and Human Resources/Operations Manager. Barrett Binion is a Vice President in the Real Estate group focused on investment and asset management activities across all property types. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Barrett was the Director of Acquisitions at Brightman Gil where he was responsible for acquisition activities across all property types. Brad Lebovitz is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities across all property types. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Principal of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Lehman, he was a Vice President at MetLife where he held various positions including National Head of Business Development and Manager of National Sales and Acquisitions. Prior to this, Brad was an Executive Vice President of an affiliate of the Whitehall funds. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Cleveland State University and is a C.P.A. He is currently involved with the Lyndhurst Public Safety Foundation and the Believe in Dreams Organization.
Brett Bossung is a partner and co-founder of Silverpeak. He is responsible for overall management of the firm and has been involved in all stages of the platform's development since inception. He also oversees origination, structuring and asset management of all Silverpeak's real estate investment activities.
Prior to founding Silverpeak, Brett served as Global Co-Head of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Private Equity Group, where he oversaw its private equity and mezzanine lending activities. He worked previously as a senior banker in the firm's Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group, participating in a broad range of financial advisory/M&A assignments, asset dispositions, IPOs and single-asset and pooled CMBS transactions. Brett also spent three years in the Real Estate Equity Capital Markets Group, where he oversaw structuring of equity-related transactions, and coordinated all associated offerings.
Before joining Lehman Brothers, Brett worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Brett earned his B.A. from Drexel University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Brett Klyza passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Brett was an integral and much-valued part of our company for over 16 years and held the role of Senior Vice President in the Real Estate group. He was responsible for leading our investment and asset management efforts in the industrial and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Brett was Director, Investment Analysis at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Prior to joining IHG, Brett held several positions with Bristol Hotels and Resorts in the areas of operations analysis and hotel accounting and finance. Brett received a B.S. with a concentration in Finance from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
Bruce Brier - Chief Legal Officer, Managing Director

Bruce Brier is General Counsel to the Firm focused on Tax and Structured Transactions. Prior to joining Silverpeak in 2017, Bruce was a tax attorney at Lehman Brothers for over thirty years during which time Bruce was a member of the Corporate Tax Department (international tax, tax controversy, and bankruptcy taxation), Fixed Income trading (derivative strategies, emerging markets, central funding desk, and structured finance), and Equity trading (prime brokerage services and equity derivatives). Bruce is a member of the NJ Bar and NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants. Bruce has a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University (1978), a JD from Seton Hall School of Law (1983), and an LLM in Taxation from New York University (1986).
Burley Barthell is a Managing Director in the Energy group focused on trading and distribution of petroleum products for North Atlantic Refining LP. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Burley held chief trading positions at Sprague Energy, Coastal Corporation, and the Mobil Oil Corporation. Throughout his career working with refiners, marketers, and major oil companies, he has developed and managed global trading strategies and programs in refined products, renewable fuels, and futures markets. Burley holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University.
Charles is a Vice President in the Energy group supporting renewable investment activities. Prior to joining Silverpeak, he was an Analyst under the Project Valuation & Finance group at Con Edison Clean Businesses. Charles received his B.A. in Economics and graduated cum laude from the Morrissey School of Arts & Science at Boston College. Charles is a CFA® charterholder
Chris is an analyst in the Energy Group supporting renewable investment activities. Prior to joining the team full-time, he worked as an intern in the Energy Group at Silverpeak. Chris received his B.S. in both Finance and Information Systems and graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Chris Westfahl is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities primarily focused on multifamily investments. Previously, Chris was a Managing Director with Lehman Brothers' Principal Transaction Group where he invested the firm's capital in attractive equity and mezzanine debt opportunities. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Chris was a Regional Manager for GE Capital Real Estate where he was responsible for all new business origination in the New York and Boston MSA's. Christopher Cecchetelli is a Senior Vice President in the finance group. He previously worked for RSM US LLP, where he provided audit and assurance services to various private equity funds, broker dealers and other clients within the financial services industry. Dan Wu is a Senior Vice President in the tax department and manages the firm's tax compliance process across all business units. Dan spent three and a half years in PwC's Financial Services - Real Estate Tax Group, with a majority of his time dedicated to the Silverpeak real estate tax compliance engagement. He subsequently worked as a senior tax accountant at Lindsay Goldberg before joining Silverpeak in 2014. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University, and a Master of Accountancy from The Ohio State University.

Danielle Voroba is a Vice President in the tax department having previously served roles on both the finance and investor relations teams throughout her tenure with the firm and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Currently, Danielle assists with tax reporting, filings and cash management for the firm's various holding companies. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2007, she spent three years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Audit and Assurance practice auditing publicly traded companies. Danielle received a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College.
Darianna Bononi is an Executive Assistant responsible for supporting the New York office. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Darianna worked in the Hedge Fund industry supporting the CEO and senior level management. Darianna earned her B.A. in Communication Studies at Pace University in New York City.

Garrett Ederle is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities primarily focused on the residential and retail sectors. Prior to joining Silverpeak and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Private Equity Group, Garrett was a project engineer for Holder Construction where he was responsible for project management and commissioning activities for numerous developments. Garrett holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Harsh Rameshwar is the Managing Partner of the E&C team focused on acquisitions and structuring. Prior to joining Silverpeak to start the E&C effort, Harsh was at Merrill Lynch Commodities where he led structured origination in NY covering energy and mining. Before MLC Harsh was at SocGen Energy where he headed the Americas Commodity Structured Origination team, as part of the RBS Sempra US business bought by SocGen in 2010. Harsh joined Sempra Energy Trading in 2008 where he was part of the Principal Investments team focused on structured transactions with highly structured long term hedges including oil and gas, power and renewables, and mining assets. Before Sempra, Harsh worked on the Power and Utilities Investment Banking team at Bear Stearns, where he focused on high yield financing, M&A, and equity offerings.
Previously Harsh was part of the asset M&A and long term structured pricing group at Exelon. Mr. Rameshwar received an M.B.A. in Finance from Wharton School in 2004, LL.B. from RDVV and B.S. from Mumbai University in India in 1996.
Ian Zheng is an Analyst in the Energy Group supporting renewable investment activities. Prior to his current role, he worked as an intern at Silverpeak, and he had also previously worked as an intern at BlackRock. Ian holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Ji Yeong Chu is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of Silverpeak's Oversight Committee. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Ji Yeong served as Global Head of Financial and Risk Management of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Private Equity Group responsible for foreign currency and interest rate hedging, fund financings and capital markets relationships. She was also a member of the North American investments and asset management teams. Ji Yeong previously worked in Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking Group where she participated in a variety of transactions including equity offerings, debt issuance and strategic advisory for public and private real estate companies. Ji Yeong began her financial career in Lehman Brothers' Structured Finance Group primarily focused on home equity and auto loan asset-backed transactions. Ji Yeong graduated with a B.A. in Statistics and Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business.
Jonathan Socolow - Chief Legal Officer, Managing Director

Jonathan Socolow is General Counsel of the firm. Jonathan was General Counsel of LUKOIL North America from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, he was Of Counsel in New York (1 year) and Partner in Moscow (3 years) at the global law firm of DLA Piper practicing in its energy sector. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a Senior Counsel in the Moscow office of the global law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld practicing in its energy sector. Previous to that, Jonathan was a partner at the energy specializing boutique law firm of Wright & Talisman in its Washington DC office (6 years) and Newport Beach, CA office (1.5 years). Jonathan has a J.D. from Columbia University (Columbia Law School) and an A.B. in philosophy from Columbia University (Columbia College).
Kaushik Amin is a partner of Silverpeak. He is responsible for overseeing all energy and credit activities for the platform, including origination, structuring and asset management of all of Silverpeak's energy activities.
Kaushik came to the firm from UBS, where he headed the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) Americas business. Prior to his role at UBS, Kaushik served as Chief Executive Officer of RBS Sempra Commodities.
Before this, Kaushik served as Lehman Brothers' Global Head of Liquid Markets. Here he organically built proprietary trading and global commodities and oversaw Rates, FX and Emerging Markets. Previously, he taught for five years at the University of Michigan, with research and teaching interests in asset pricing, derivatives and financial markets. Kaushik earned his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, his Master of Science in Operations Research from Cornell University, and his Ph. D. in Finance from Cornell University.

Kirk Mihalitsis is a Managing Director in the finance group. Kirk has been with Silverpeak since its inception, having previously been employed by its predecessor, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Kirk was a Manager at EisnerAmper LLC, where he was responsible for performing and overseeing audits and consulting engagements for both public and private companies, including hedge funds and private equity funds. Mara Kent is a Senior Vice President responsible for compliance administration. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Mara was Chief Administrative Officer at Societe General Commodity Trading and Head of Contracts Administration at BTG Pactual Commodities. Prior to this role, Mara spent 17 years at RBS Sempra Commodities/Sempra Energy Trading where she was a Senior Vice President, Manager of Contracts Administration and Manager of Operational Risk.
Mark Walsh is a partner and co-founder of Silverpeak. He is responsible for the platform's strategic initiatives and origination activities.
Before founding Silverpeak, Mark Walsh headed Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate Group and served as Global Co-Head of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity. During his 20 years at Lehman Brothers, the firm became a leading debt and equity investment platform both domestically and globally.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mark Walsh was a lawyer where he represented financial institutions in all aspects of commercial mortgage loan origination, workouts and secondary market transactions. He's also a Founding Member of the Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA's Anderson School of Management. Mark earned his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.

Michael began his career at Lehman Brothers and held several senior trading roles in interest rate options, swaps, mortgage pass-throughs and currencies.
