The Bipolar Journal is only our start. There are a number of interests that we are working on. Our goal at Simply Trackable LLC is to create solutions that take normally complex issues, and make them into Clear and Easy Solutions for Life... Simply Trackable LLC began in 2006, when searching for a good management solution for Bipolar Disorder. The materials available, while helpful, did not fulfill all of the management needs for someone living with Bipolar Disorder, especially with Rapid Cycling. There was limited tracking available in some places, and some communication help in others, but there was not a whole-management approach at that time... Since then, we have been developing a management and communication system, as seen in the Bipolar Journal, to streamline into basic, efficient communication, the information necessary to live with Bipolar Disorder on a daily basis.
