Renato (Ronnie) Sorge and his brother, Remo, came to the United States from Italy in 1936. After 15 years experience with local restaurants, Renato purchased property on 68 West Market Street, and on June 5th, 1951 Sorge's Restaurant was born. With authentic, well-prepared meals by Renato and his wife, Loretta, Sorge's became the area's finest Italian restaurant... From everyday favorites to our signature dishes, we've got what you crave.
