Adam S. Wilk - Chief Legal Officer, Shareholder

Adam Wilk is a shareholder at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., and a member of the firm's Legal Opinion Committee. He is a recognized expert in commercial finance, real estate, and business law whose national practice ranges from representing and counseling clients in large-scale transactional matters, to serving as general counsel for a wide variety of businesses. Adam's clients include large estate holding companies, developers, management companies, hotels, assisted living facilities, trade associations, midstream service providers and marketing firms which he advises in the purchase and sale of companies and commercial real estate assets; the finance, refinance, and restructuring of credit facilities; and the formation of business entities for individuals and joint ventures. Adam also serves as general counsel for numerous companies, assisting in wide-ranging operational matters including the draft, review, and negotiation of service contracts; the resolution of internal and third-party disputes; and other day-to-day matters. Experience Adam started his career at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP (now Bracewell LLP) where his practice focused on international real estate and finance transactions, and where he gained experience in all aspects of the construction, finance, restructuring, leasing, acquisition, and divestiture of commercial real estate assets. He also represented lenders and borrowers in the negotiation of loans, and represented lenders in the foreclosures of assets. Adam later served as general counsel for Moody National Companies, a full-service commercial real estate firm, where he oversaw the acquisition of more than 40 commercial sites valued at over $725 million, including a 20-hotel, multi-state portfolio identified by Real Estate Alert as one of the five largest hotel transactions in 2007. Adam also helped to organize the firm's investment vehicles, including on-book partnerships, private placements, tenant-in-common/Delaware Statutory Trust structures, and a publicly registered real estate investment trust. Since returning to private practice in 2010, Adam has continued to focus on complex real estate transactions, and to leverage his unique experience as general counsel to provide similar services to a variety of small and mid-size companies.

Anna Puff

Charles Eppright

Charles Eppright is of counsel at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where he concentrates on business formation and representation, asset protection, estate and tax planning, probate, real estate, and construction law matters. He also represents clients in bankruptcy litigation and tax litigation, drawing on years of experience as a former senior trial attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. Charles also advises individuals and families regarding all aspects of estate planning and probate, including preserving wealth, minimizing transfer taxes and exposure to creditors, coordinating beneficiary designations, and transferring assets to intended beneficiaries. Additionally, he represents executors, trustees, beneficiaries and others in matters such as the formation and administration of trusts, will interpretation issues, breaches of fiduciary duty, trust management and investment, beneficiary designations, and probate proceedings. He also assists high net-worth clients in the reduction of estate taxes through aggressive tax planning. Prior to joining Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. in January 2001, Charles was a shareholder in Hearne & Eppright, P.C., where he practiced for 20 years. From 1972 through 1980, he was a senior trial attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Seattle, Washington. Charles is an active community leader and volunteer, and has served as an officer and on the board of directors of numerous organizations including the Westbank Community Library; the Westlake Youth Soccer Association; the Westlake Chaparral Soccer Club; and the Westlake High School Chap Club.

Christopher Stanley - Shareholder

Chris Stanley is a shareholder at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where his practice focuses on non-family civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in civil disputes. Chris has been a mediator since the early 1990's and has mediated hundreds of cases to a successful conclusion.
