Elaine M. Kennedy

Elaine M. Kennedy has made New Hampshire her home since 1986. Elaine graduated from Colby College with honors and earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School with honors. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and has particular experience in family law, including divorce, post divorce, child custody and child support matters, and also concentrates on employment law issues. Elaine has successfully tried numerous cases in New Hampshire's family courts, superior courts and Supreme Court. She is a member of the State's Bar Association. She is a Certified Family Mediator. She has written and published articles for the New Hampshire Bar Association to educate the public with regard to her areas of practice.

Peter M. Solomon - President

Peter Solomon is a New Hampshire native. He graduated from Saint Anselm College and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of New Hampshire - Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1981. He was sworn into the New Hampshire Bar and the Federal Court Bar in 1981. Mr. Solomon is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyer's Association, and The New Hampshire Trial Lawyer's Association. He is on the Board of Director's of the Moore Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. Mr. Solomon has lectured for the New Hampshire Bar Association at Continuing Legal Education courses regarding litigation issues. Mr. Solomon has tried cases in the New Hampshire Courts and the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Federal Courts. He has successfully represented thousands of clients, in many areas of the law, including slip and fall, auto and motorcycle accidents, product injury. Mr. Solomon also represents business clients and New Hampshire towns in both corporate and litigation matters. Several injury clients have agreed to be contacted for references. Thomas J. Corcoran

Attorney Thomas Corcoran is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire - Franklin Pierce Law Center and has been practicing law in New Hampshire since 1986 and is admitted to practice before all New Hampshire Courts, including the United States Court for the District of New Hampshire. Attorney Corcoran received his Bachelor of Arts degree (with honors) in American Studies from St. Michael's College in 1971 and his Master of Education degree in Secondary Education from Boston State College in 1974.
