Dr. Long (aka Dr. Mimi) grew up in Overland Park, KS but now considers Lincoln, NE her forever home. She earned her bachelor of arts in human biology at the University of Kansas and her doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Long completed a general practice residency at UNMC in Omaha, where she stayed as a faculty member to educate students and residents one day per week.
