Alex has been appointed to manage the overall STT Philippines Data Centre Operations including pre-sales and service fulfilment. He has over 30 years of ICT experience managing, designing, implementing and operating mission-critical IT infrastructure from internal and co-location data centres, cloud platforms and large networks. Prior to his STT appointment, he managed and operated Globe Telecom's ISG Data Centers which hosted Tier-1 core telco applications such as BSS, OSS, loading, and charging platforms as well as the DR sites. He also headed Globe's IT Infrastructure Build and Engineering team. His experience includes IT build and managing operations for financial services, system integrators, data centres, cloud service providers, BPO, public sector and container terminal operations.

Bruno Lopez is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He has been responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth, and development of the STT GDC group since its inception in 2014. He is also concurrently Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ST Telemedia (STT). Under his leadership, STT GDC has become one of the fastest-growing data centre providers in Asia and Europe. The company has built a substantial portfolio of integrated data centres across a global platform serving all the major cloud service providers and enterprises in Singapore, India, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines; through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK and Germany, and GDS in China. In addition to his role as President and Group CEO, Bruno also sits on the Board and chairs the Executive Committees in all these companies. Bruno has been instrumental in steering the company to achieve market leadership in significant economies, solidifying the STT GDC group's reputation as a prominent player in the global data centre industry. An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and data centres industry, Bruno was most recently named to Capacity Media's 2023 Power 100 list, recognising his contributions to the wholesale carrier and ICT industry. Bruno's track record includes founding roles as the CEO and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he played a key role in building up the company's growth and expansion in Asia and Europe. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East, which later merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets during the company's SGX REIT listing. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master's from Rutgers University, USA.

With over 20 years in telecommunications across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines, he has led both technology and business organizations in such diverse areas as strategy, program management, merger integration, retail, finance, customer operations, and sales.

As the former Head of Product for 917Ventures, a subsidiary of Globe Telecom, Chrissie played a pivotal role in creating numerous successful ventures that propelled the company's claim of being the biggest venture builder in the Philippines. Her technical background, comprehensive understanding of business strategies, product, marketing, and finance have been instrumental in navigating complex challenges and driving strategic growth. With a degree in engineering, majoring in electronics and communication, Chrissie's commitment to professional development is evident through her completion of executive business courses from Harvard and Wharton, complementing her Executive Master of Business Administration postgraduate degree from the Asian Institute of Management. Daniel Pointon

Dan Pointon's role as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) encompasses strategic leadership and oversight of the many technical aspects of our business including design, construction, operational excellence, safety, ESG and IT. Dan works closely with our partners and global platform companies to ensure we deliver consistency in our approach and technical excellence in all geographies. Dan also heads-up our technology leadership to ensure STT GDC is best positioned to innovate and respond to the global mega-trends such as Climate Change, Industry 4.0, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation and Internet of Things (IoT). Dan's career has included over 20 years in the engineering sector spanning Europe, Asia and Australia. He graduated from University of Adelaide in Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (with Honours) majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems. Prior to joining STT GDC, Dan was a Partner and Regional Director for consulting firm Hurley Palmer Flatt (now HDR) where he spent 13 years leading the firm's delivery in the data centre sector.

She brings with her extensive experience in the ICT space, in roles varying from product strategy, development and management. Prior to joining the Company in October 2022, Eve was with Globe Telecom, Inc.'s Enterprise Business group where she established and grew its SaaS business partnership with top Cloud providers. She was eventually tasked to grow Globe's commercial data centres driving double-digit growth under her management. Eve holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the De La Salle University.

Jonathan King

Jonathan King is Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, he is responsible for leading the growth of STT GDC into new regions in addition to managing the existing portfolio of investments. Since joining STT GDC, Jonathan has been leading the establishment and expansion of STT GDC's high quality platforms across 10 geographies with significant presence in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining STT GDC, Jonathan was instrumental in the formation and operation of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus) where he was co-CEO. Securus was an investment fund that developed a portfolio of high quality data centres across Asia Pacific and Europe. This business has since been listed on the SGX as Keppel DC REIT (SGX: KDCREIT). Prior to this, Jonathan was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank focused on real estate investment banking. Jonathan has over 25 years of global investment experience in the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering industries. Lionel Yeo

Prior to that, he was General Manager for STT Tai Seng in Singapore, following a joint venture deal where he led the operational transition of the data centre business. Lionel has held various leadership roles across investment, operations, asset management, product and strategy in the data centre industry. Prior to joining STT GDC, he was Vice President, Investments in Keppel where he led and managed the development of data centre assets across Singapore and Australia. Filipino. Globe's Chief Commercial Officer. Issa has more than 20 years of solid experience growing new and existing businesses. She has been with Globe since 2008 and has held various senior leadership roles. Under her watch, Globe rose to Mobile leadership beginning in 4Q of 2016 and has held the No.1 position to this day. In August 2019, Globe announced the creation of 917Ventures, the largest corporate incubator in the country. Issa was appointed Managing Director of 917Ventures, tasked to create new businesses beyond telco and to oversee its current portfolio of non-telco brands such as GCash, KonsultaMD, and AdSpark. Issa established a strong foundation for 917Ventures and positioned it for growth by securing approval and funding from key shareholders of Globe, assembling the best team, and building the right infrastructure and processes. Mr Ing Hie Kwik

Mr Ing Hie Kwik serves as Director on the board of STT GDC Indonesia JVCo Pte. Ltd. Mr Ing Hie Kwik has been an Operating Partner at Temasek since 2018. Prior to Temasek, he founded and managed Sternbridge Partners (2015 to 2018), which invested a significant minority stake in DCI, one of the most successful data centers in Indonesia. From 2009 to 2014, Mr Ing Hie Kwik was Indonesia Country Head of Affinity Equity Partners, a private equity with over USD8 billion of assets under management. During this time, he developed a deal pipeline, assisted in global fund raising and invested USD150 million in an automotive company where he had led a transformation that increased the value five-fold in less than three years. Mr Ing Hie Kwik was President Director of Morgan Stanley Indonesia from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in his career, he held consulting and merchant banking roles at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Mckinsey and Barents. He also founded the Asset Management Group of Indonesia (AMGI), which acquired a distressed debt portfolio and advised on over USD550 million of M&A transactions in banking and infrastructure. While running AMGI, he was asked to serve as an expert witness in a billion-dollar lawsuit in the High Court of Singapore. In June 2018, he was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. He was also appointed as a Director of SingEx-Sphere Holdings Pte Ltd (now known as Constellar Holdings Pte. Mr Miller joined ST Telemedia in 2005 and has held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer, and President & Chief Operating Officer. Before joining the company, Mr Miller was ST Telemedia's Financial Advisor on the combination of its data centre business with Equinix and Pihana Pacific, creating the world's largest carrier-neutral data centre network. Mr Miller has more than 25 years of global investment, financial management, strategic planning and CMT industry experience. He spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific. Mr Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

He has vast experience in investment banking and asset management in Asia, and brings with him in-depth financial and analytical expertise. He has contributed to the development of two major regional investment banking groups, Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980-1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1997-1999). Mr Zulkifli Bin Baharudin

Mr Zulkifli has been the Non-Executive Director on the Board of Virtus HoldCo Limited and Omni Holdco, LLC since 2017 and 2018, respectively. Mr Zulkifli also serves as Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. From 1997 to 2001, he also served as a nominated member of the Parliament in Singapore. Nelson Lim is Group Chief Financial Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of the STT GDC group. Prior to STT GDC, Nelson held various leadership roles in Dell at the country level (Singapore and USA), regional and global levels, where his last appointment was Finance Executive Director, Dell Global. During his 17 years with the company, Nelson oversaw financial controllership and investment strategy, as well as organisation restructuring and transformation. Prior to Dell, Nelson held financial and business leadership positions at Hewlett Packard and KPMG. Nelson is an Accountancy graduate from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a certified Chartered Accountant.

Pierre San Diego

Pierre leads the construction of STT GDC Philippines' new data centre facilities and expansion projects as the company's Head of Design and Construction. A Philippine data centre industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in the design and construction of data centres and other mission-critical facilities, he has pioneered the use of new data centre technologies in the Philippines such as Lithium Ion batteries, fan-wall cooling systems, in-row coolers, and containerized data centre solutions among others. Pierre is also the first in the country to be certified as an Uptime Accredited Tier Designer (Uptime ATD). He is a licensed civil engineer who earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines.

Rebecca Ng

Rebecca Ng is Group Corporate Finance Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, she is responsible for Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) and Procurement across STT GDC group. Concurrently, she is also responsible for the management of GDS, STT GDC's investment in China. Previously, Rebecca was Head of Investments, China and New Markets, where she has played an instrumental role in the growth of the group with significant achievements such as GDS' rapid growth, listings on NASDAQ and HKSE, and STT GDC's expansion into Thailand. Rebecca has more than 18 years of experience in the data centre and real estate sectors. Earlier in her career, Rebecca held several roles at Keppel Data Centres and her last appointment was the Head of Portfolio Management for Keppel DC REIT Management. During her tenure with Keppel Data Centres, Rebecca was responsible for the acquisition and management of the data centre assets in Asia and Europe. Key achievements include the establishment of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus), a private equity fund focused on data centres in Europe and Asia as well as the successful IPO of the combined DC portfolio of Keppel Data Centres and Securus as Keppel DC REIT, the first data centre REIT listed in Asia. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University with a specialisation in Banking and Finance and is a CFA® charterholder.

Rosemarie Maniego-Eala - Chairman

Rizza, Filipino, is the Chief Finance Officer, Treasurer and Chief Risk Officer of Globe Telecom Inc. She joined Globe in February 1998. Her previous positions in the company were Assistant Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis, President of GCash (G-Xchange Inc., a mobile-commerce subsidiary), and Senior Vice President for International Business. She has had extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, capital markets fund raising, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, strategic planning, business development, and setting up and managing start-ups. Prior to joining Globe, she was Deputy Research Head for Natwest Markets. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Chief Operating Officer, Thomas is responsible for helping drive the company's strategic growth, optimising our operating capabilities and managing data centre assets across the Group. Additionally, he provides leadership oversight for the Northeast Asia markets. Thomas brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked in businesses managed by the Macquarie Asset Management group across various roles, including board directorships and senior management positions at telecommunications and data centre businesses operating in the Asia Pacific region. In Taiwan, Thomas served as the CEO of Taiwan Broadband Communications (which was listed in Singapore in 2013) and later assumed the role of Executive Chairman. During his tenure, he successfully transformed various lines of businesses and operations across different regions into an integrated enterprise. Thomas also spent a decade with Starhub starting in 1997, where he last held the position of Senior Vice President, Cable, Fixed & IP Services. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
