I am a Service Designer at the Innovation Hub of Bosch Building Technologies in Munich, Germany. In this role, I lead research and validation activities, including concept and usability testing. My work involves identifying pain points and user needs, creating journey maps and service blueprints, and facilitating workshops for discovery, ideation, and validation across multiple business areas. Collaborating with UX designers, analysts, solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders, I help transform insights into improved or entirely new digital and cloud-based solutions. These innovations drive more efficient, customer-centric, and environmentally sustainable building energy management, safety, security, and automation technologies.
