Dafna lives in Herzlia, Israel, with Golan and their 3 boys. Dafna founded Swellyachting together with Golan. She has implemented her vast experience and knowledge in administration and yachting, in establishing the company's values. Today Dafna is an active full time partner in the company and is in charge of the administrative and financial aspects.
Eli's experience with yacht maintenance, together with his knowledge of yachting and business management enables him to provide our clients with the best service when purchasing a new boat. Eli the sale manager of new and pre-owned vessels. He firstly assists the client with finding the right vessel according to the clients' specification and needs. He then oversees the whole process from the first step until the delivery of the vessel to the proud owners.
Ella has over 8 years' experience in the international yachting industry. She is charge of overseeing all aspects of running a yacht including registration and class, compliance, crew recruitment, crew management, accounting and insurances. Her passion to yachting together with her experience enables us to give every client the best yacht management service.
Golan has more than 15 years experience in yachting. He started his career as a professional sailor, and studied in the Marine Youth Academy during high school and continued to serve in the Navy during his Military service. Golan was a captain and an engineer on many private yachts. At 2008 he founded Swellyachting and since then has been involved in many new build projects, brokerage deals and directing the company.

Keren is the company's accountant. She in charge of the finances department and as well as the yachts' bookkeeping.
Liran served in the Israeli Navy as a chief engineer on a Patrol Boat for 4 years. In the last decade, he worked on yachts as an engineer and a captain. Liran is in charge of the technical aspect of running the yachts that are under the company's management.
