Daniel Thomas Leone

Daniel Thomas Leone is a licensed architect in New York City. He holds a masters degree in architecture from the Knowlton School at The Ohio State University, and a bachelors degree with honors from the SUNY Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning. Prior to establishing his own practice, Daniel worked for internationally recognized firms on the East and West Coast of the United States. In Los Angeles, California, Daniel worked in the Pritzker prize-winning firm Morphosis Architects. While there, he was a project designer for the Hanking Center Tower in Shenzhen, China. Daniel also worked at Parallax Architects where he contributed to the design and expansion to the Archer School for Girls in Brentwood, California. In New York City, Daniel was a designer at the offices of Pei Cobb Freed and Workshop for Architecture, where he worked on multiple residential and commercial projects both local and abroad. Most recently, Daniel was an architect at Fogarty Finger Architecture and Interiors where he managed both ground-up and renovation construction for multi-family projects in New York and Jersey City. He currently practices individually as DTLA. In addition to his career as an architect, Daniel is an accomplished cellist with over 15 years of orchestral and solo experience, as well as an exhibited artist.

Jacob Tannenbaum

Jacob has a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University. Texas A&M's Landscape Architecture program is ranked 2nd in the nation. He holds a masters degree in Real Estate Development from Cornell University where he minored in Agriculture and Urban Studies. Previously, Jacob worked in the field of landscape architecture at EDSA, EPTDESIGN, and Lauren Griffith Associates where he worked largely on Resorts, Masterplans, Parks, and other Public Infrastructure.

Kerry Richardson

Kerry Richardson brings her passion for art, design, and history to Tannenbaum Design Group furthering our social engagement, innovation, and creativity as we pursue custom dream escapes for our lands

Sam Tannenbaum

Job Titles:
  • Support Team
Sam received his masters in architecture from Rice University. He works with EYRC and previously with Olson Kundig and Morphosis where projects ranged from one of a kind homes, to museums and embassies. He has a variety of published works as well as enjoying the side leisure of teaching at local universities. Samples from his portfolio can be found sntdesign.com
