Joined TCC as a partner in 2022. Charles has more than 13 years of experience in asset management, securities, banking, and commodity trading. He served as the COO of a Nasdaq-listed company and as the CFO a petrochemical company, managing over USD 1.5 billion in trade volume annually.

Experience
Mr. Chow was the partner in charge of the M&A advisory service with one of the Big Four international accounting firms and served the firm for a total of 20 years. He possesses in-depth understandings and insights of domestic and international capital markets and has advised many major cross border transactions.
Mr. Chow has strong industry experience and knowledge and has participated many private equity financing and mergers and acquisitions in China involving SOEs, private companies and multi-national companies.
Experience
Before joining TCC, Mr. Zhang was a Managing Director of China Great Wall Asset Management and Head of special situation group ("SSG"). The SSG manages a USD 5 billion portfolio including equity and debt investments with over USD 1.5 billion of non-performing loans ("NPLs").
Previously, Mr. Zhang also worked for China Orient Asset Management as an Executive Director focusing on Distressed Asset and alternative investments with a USD 2 billion portfolio.
Prior to this, Mr. Zhang worked with Paul Hastings/Sidley Austin in Hong Kong for over 5 years and worked with Tian Yuan Law Firm in Beijing for over 6 years.
Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in debt restructuring, insolvency of listed companies, structured finance, IPO, and M&A.

He has participated in nearly 100 projects and completed more than 20 transactions with total amount more than 10 billion USD in different industries including aviation, technology, finance, real estate, logistics, hotels, tourism, etc.
Previously, He served as a corporate finance and investment consultant for a number of private and listed companies in Hong Kong. From 2009 to 2018, he served as a deputy director of the finance department and managing director of the asset management department in HNA Group (International) Co., Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer in HNA Group (International) Financial Services Co., Ltd..

Mr. Yam is the founder of Integrated Capital and TCC Capital, primarily engaged in public/private equity and debt investments, with extensive market intelligence benefited from his longstanding and well-established relationship/network in the industry.
Mr. Yam has been a substantial shareholder in 27+ Hong Kong-listed public companies including several investments as a white knight.
Mr. Yam also deploys real estate investment portfolio globally, including more than 200 properties in the United Kingdom with gross rental yield of over 10%.
Experience
As a land asset investment professional, Ms. Zhou was with one of the largest law firms in the Guangdong Province for 15 years as a lawyer and ended up as a senior partner. She served as legal counsel for local governments, listed companies, and many institutions and enterprises where she participated in dozens of land acquisition and disposal transactions.
Ms. Zhou left the legal professional and started an investment company in 2006 focused on the investment and operation of land as an asset class. With her deep understanding of land policies and related laws and capital market, she has accumulated rich practical experience in the field of land investment and has established solid partnerships with local governments, a number of financial institutions, clustered land parties, and large-scale real estate development companies in the past decades.
From years of investment experience, Ms. Zhou is able to position investment for a variety of land types and obtain high-quality land assets, and knowledgeable about how to achieve appreciation in land value, and how to obtain long-term income from land assets, and ultimately securitization of these assets, etc.
