Mr. Chandler graduated from WTAMU in 1993 with his Masters in Professional counseling. In 1998 he came to Boys Ranch as a Community Director and then went on to be Director of counseling services for four years. He was introduced to Life Space Crisis Intervention in the spring of 2002 and became very excited about the therapeutic and life changing results he began to have with the children in care. The results were much quicker than traditional techniques learned in school. Mr. Chandler became a Senior Instructor in LSCI and moved to the training department. He believes that all staff at Cal Farley's counsels with children. His heart's hope is to train as many people as he can in strength based intervention techniques so every staff will have the skills to reach hurting children inside and outside of our agency.
Mrs. Ray has been with the Cal Farley organization since October 1998. She wrote grant proposals and participated in other fundraising activities for approximately 6 years, then worked as an Information and Referral Specialist for one year. She earned her bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Technical Writing from New Mexico State University in January 1995, and she is fully bilingual (Spanish). Mrs. Ray received recognition as a Certified Grants Specialist from the National Grant Writer's Association and Research Associates in October 2004. She assumed the position of Technical Writer in May 2006 and is currently working on a variety of projects.
Mrs. Novak has been with the Cal Farley Organization since 2003. She earned her bachelor's degree in business management at Texas Tech University in 2000. Holly earned her Professional Human Resource Certification in 2003. She worked as the Manager for Human Resource Information Systems for 2 years before joining the Residential Services Division in 2005.
Holly has been married to husband Todd for four years and has two daughters.
Mr. Taylor has been with the Cal Farley Organization since November of 1997. He has a Master of Science degree in Childcare Administration and has been in the childcare field since 1981 as a direct care worker, caseworker, and held administrative positions since 1985. He is currently the Director of Training for the Cal Farley Training Department and is a certified Master Trainer for Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA), Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI) and Response-Ability-Pathways (RAP).
Jim and his wife, Maggie have been married for over 27 years and have two beautiful daughters, Claire and Paige.

Mark was born in Lubbock and then attended college at UOP Santa Teresa, New Mexico. He earned a Bachelor's degree in business and a Master's degree in education. Mark is a Licensed Child Care Administrator, a Master Senior LSCI (Life Space Crisis Intervention) Trainer, and Senior RAP (Response Ability Pathways) Trainer.
Prior to joining Cal Farley's, Mark was Campus Administrator for the Lower Valley Program of Lee and Beulah Moor Children's Home. Mark has been with Cal Farley's four years. He served as Director of Advanced Child Care Training, and Director of Program Development, Training, and Evaluation prior to his recent promotion.
Mark has been married 15 years to Debbie, and he has four children and two grandchildren.
- Mr. Easley-McPherson has been with the Cal Farley Organization for over 8 years. He earned his bachelor's degree at West Texas State University in 1989. As a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at West Texas A&M University, he authored an essay entitled, "Cal Farley's Impact on Residential Childcare in the Texas Panhandle" which will be published in late 2007 or early 2008. He holds a Certificate in Distance Education from Indiana University and has studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
He is a member of the National Council on Public History, the American Historical Association, the Organization of American Historians, Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society, and the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society.
Reeves earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1981 and both he and his wife Hillarie are volunteer leaders with the Boy Scouts of America. They have one son, Jacob.

Since Terry Cooper's parents were career child care professionals, he has lived or worked on residential campuses for most of his life. The University of Texas at Austin granted him a Masters of Social Work diploma in 1993. He attended Palmer Seminary in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania in 1995. Following this, he was a senior member of the national team, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which developed the Bush Administration's first national faith-based initiative, the Amachi Mentoring Program for children of incarcerated parents. He was an assistant administrator for Cal Farley's for the Cal Farley's Family Program at Borger, and is now the director of the Cal Farley's Institute.
Mr. Cooper has been married to Monya Cooper since 1978. She is employed as a caseworker by Children's Protective Services. He has two daughters, Andrea, 22, and Gina, 25.
