He provides strategic, financial and operational consulting to privately owned businesses and their investors. He also serves on the District Export Council for the State of Arizona. The DEC contributes leadership and international trade expertise to complement the U.S. Commercial Service's export promotion efforts through counseling businesses on the exporting process and conducting trade education and community outreach. Mr. Neff served as chief financial officer for Motor Excellence, LLC, (2009 - 2012) a development stage R&D Company focused on high efficiency electric motors and generators. Dave Andrews

Wearing many hats, Dave is also the founder of Devious Media, Community 102, 360 E-Commerce Consulting and White Label Casting. Dave McGinnis

In his role as a SM 2 professional football advisor, the St. Louis Rams assistant head coach, coaches SM 2 senior team of relative to professional football hot-topics as they relate to business development and eCourseware training. As the St. Louis Rams Assistant Head Coach, Mr. McGinnis helps Head Coach Jeff Fisher in a variety of areas, including administration, scheduling and coaching all three phases (offense, defense and special teams) of the team. Mr. McGinnis joined the Rams after eight seasons with the Tennessee Titans. In 2011, he served as senior assistant coach. He coached Tennessee's linebackers for seven years and spent six seasons as assistant head coach. The 2015 season is Mr. McGinnis' 30th season in the NFL, a tenure that includes three and a half years as the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals. One of the most respected defensive minds in the game, Mr. McGinnis directed the Cardinals defense as their defensive coordinator from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Livengood is also a partner with the Xs & Os of Success, an athletic consulting firm focusing on leadership, organization and personal development, and is a member of the NCAA Fellows Program to mentor new athletic directors. He has served as a member of the NCAA Peer Review Team from 1994-99, the NCAA Gender Equity Task Force, and the Women's Committee on Athletics. He taught and served as an assistant football coach and track coach at Moses Lake High School in Washington in 1968-69, and as head football and basketball coach and counselor at Ephrata High School in Washington from 1972-80 before moving into athletics administration. Mr. Livengood and his wife, Linda have one daughter, Michelle who is an attorney and married to Jack Murphy, the Head Basketball Coach at NAU. Karen North

Karen North, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized expert in digital social media and in psychology. She is the Director of USC's Annenberg Program on Online Communities (APOC) which offers an MS in Digital Social Media and she is a Clinical Professor in the School of Communication. APOC is the world's first master's degree program and research center focused on the leadership and management of digital and social media and online communities. Three years later, Mr. Poston took over NASCAR's Communications Department, leading a team of 30 public relations professionals covering all aspects of the sport's communications, which included working closely with the legal team. Mr. Poston served as NASCAR chief communications strategist and spokesperson for all litigation and crisis situations. During his tenure at NASCAR, Mr. Poston successfully led the litigation communications efforts in a number of high profile cases. He has been the on-record spokesperson for NASCAR's most sensitive issues often conducting full press conferences with broadcast and print media in concert with legal strategy. As NASCAR's spokesman, Mr. Poston has conducted close to 1,500 interviews. Mr. Poston developed close working relationships with some of America's top law firms to communicate NASCAR's defense in concert with the legal strategy. Some the recent cases include, AT&T Mobility v. NASCAR (contract dispute); Maricia Grant v. NASCAR (racial and sexual harassment); Jeremy Mayfield v. NASCAR (substance abuse policy extending to claims of negligence, breach of contract, and defamation); and, Kentucky Speedway v. NASCAR ($1.2 billion Anti-Trust lawsuit). Prior to joining NASCAR, Mr. Poston served as a senior vice president at the Washington, D.C. public affairs firm Powell Tate. While at Powell Tate, he specialized in crisis communications. He led the firm's Labor & Employment practice, providing strategic communications counsel to companies in a number of employee-management scenarios including litigation, contract negotiations, plant closings, unionization campaigns and corporate campaigns. Mr. Poston has worked with chief executives and their legal counselors to prepare for and respond to citations and fines proposed by government regulators including actions taken by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Safety Transportation Board (NTSB).

Steve Lewis

With over 26-years in law enforcement and both digital and physical disaster preparation, Mr. Lewis brings his experience in cyber and risk prevention to SM 2. Mr. Lewis has implemented courses on Internet, cyber crisis prevention for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations as well as companies in both the private and public sector. Mr. Lewis assists SM 2 to educate their clients on social media issues and how to prepare and overcome homeland and online cyber threats.

Steve Sullivan

As one of professional hockey's most respected statesmen, Steve Sullivan brings almost 20-years of professional hockey sportsmanship and expertise to Social Media Sports Management (SM 2). SM 2 protects and maximizes valuable sports brands through digital, social media and real-time communications strategies, coaching, education, tactics, empowerment and teams. In his role as a SM 2 professional hockey advisor, Mr. Sullivan will counsel SM 2 senior teams relative to hot-topics and business development partnership with the NHL, NHL clubs and the NFLPA. With over 1,000 career NHL games on the ice, the former defenseman currently serves as the Phoenix Coyotes development coach. In his second season with the Coyotes, Mr. Sullivan oversees all pro player development including working with coaches and players in the Coyotes' minor league system. The 40-year-old Sullivan joined the organization after a 16-year NHL career that included stints with the New Jersey Devils, Toronto Maple Leafs, Chicago Blackhawks, Nashville Predators, Pittsburgh Penguins and Coyotes. The Timmins, Ontario native totaled 290-457-747 in 1,011 career NHL games. He also recorded 9-14-23 in 50 career Stanley Cup Playoff games. Sullivan collected 5-7-12 in 33 contests with the Coyotes in 2012-13, and appeared in his 1,000th career NHL game on March 28, 2013 against Nashville. In 2009, Sullivan was the recipient of the Bill Masterton Trophy, which is awarded each year to the National Hockey League player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. Sullivan became the first player in Predators history to win an NHL award. Steve and his wife, Kristen, have four children, Aidyn, Garner, Drake and Karlisle.
