April Williams has over 20 years' experience in the healthcare industry leading healthcare IT implementations, training EMRs, managing Service Desk, workflow flow evaluation and redesign. April holds a master's degree and is certified in ITIL Foundation, ITIL Continual Service Improvement, KCS v5 Principles and Scrum Foundation.
Janet's love for numbers and economics made her a perfect fit as the financial officer for IBS. During her 30-year tenure she has developed a passion for exploring new ways to provide clients with an extraordinary user experience.
Starting as an intern while still in school, Kipp has been with IBS for almost 30 years. Starting as a Systems Analyst, he held numerous roles and responsibilities throughout IBS. Now he aligns all of IBS's IT assets to provide the best solutions and highest level of integration to IBS's many customers.

With over 20 years of experience with developing and supporting database applications and analytics systems, Lee finds engaging directly with clients to come up with solutions to meet their goals the most rewarding part of his work.
Mark founded IBS in 1989 with the mission to create applications and develop solutions for companies that could not solve their problems with off-the-shelf software. Almost 35 years later, he now helps solve some of Healthcare's greatest challenges.
Tony has 10 years of experience in front and back-end development. He is passionate about creating software solutions that improve the experience and quality of life for users.
