My first UX UI project 14 years ago, allowed me a unique opportunity - to redesign a complex multi-platform application and tools for agents, clients, and portfolio management - and ‘make it better'. With continuous learning, I and a core team of 6 accomplished that with high user and management acclaim. As a digital product designer, I understand how design impacts user experience, continue being passionate about advocating for users, and keep constantly learning. Being a creative problem solver - I try to ask the right questions, and consider problems also from the systems and management perspective, always engaging with project teams in understanding user needs and finding intelligent design solutions, enabled with latest tools.
