Abi Robertson

Abi provides lead coordination and secretarial services administration in support of Thompson Wentworth's Body Corporate Services General Meeting Programmes to support our community titled property owners annual and or any periodic committee or extraordinary general meeting forums. This comprises the preparation of meeting agenda packs, owner meeting facilitation/convening and asset information dissemination and secretarial support to our portfolio of body corporate and incorporated society owner representatives from across NZ and around the world. Abi has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and is presently also completing her Juris Doctor law studies at UTS.

Angus McKenzie

Job Titles:
  • Property Portfolio Manager
Angus came to Thompson Wentworth equipped with an LLB/BA (Hons) and a background in business and law, primarily working in varying sectors of the property industry. Angus brings his commercial knowledge to the Projects and Facilities Team, including the management of active earthquake claims of varying complexity, where his legal background is indispensable. He enjoys seeing the resolution of complex claims and taking them from a desktop spreadsheet through to site implementation. Angus is a problem solver who enjoys systems development and is actively engaged in the development of the Facilities Management business line among other things.

Anthony Robertson

For the last 30 years Anthony has provided Corporate & Institutional Real Estate Advisory and Management services across New Zealand and Australia and during the last 15 years has been based in Sydney. At the commencement of 2017 Anthony returned to New Zealand to undertake the restructuring of the Thompson Wentworth business to position it to be more appropriately resourced to better assist clients conclude outstanding earthquake insurance claim and remediation positions. Anthony has spent much of the last two decades operating across the trans-Tasman corporate, institutional and government sectors and continues to do so. He specialises in corporate and institutional real estate consultancy and life cycle asset management, with extensive experience in property, the built environment and associated technology infrastructure. Anthony is managing director of Thompson Wentworth and in his day-to-day operational role oversees the business's Property & Project Advisory and Body Corporate Management business units. Anthony is a fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand. From 2001 - 2003 and held the position of Chairman and President of the Institute and in line with trans-Tasman reciprocity across the land economy and valuation professions was an invited member of the Australian Property Institutes governing body during this period advising on issues of common interest to both countries professional membership.

Ben Robertson

Ben has recently completed his Bachelor of Architecture at Victoria University. He is currently providing contracted CAD and rendering support services to various third-party clients and the same to Thompson Wentworth's project services and facilities management business lines. Ben enjoys the professional learning experience that practical work experience provides in ones related professional discipline and the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the asset management objectives of his clients.

Brad Donelley

Brad has 15 years' experience in corporate and institutional property. He specialises in delivering digital solutions for complex and distributed asset portfolios. Brad is an experienced project manager of large corporate property projects, where his key strengths are in data analytics and the application of data driven outcomes to real estate planning, acquisition and transformations. Brad is based in Sydney and is a director of Thompson Wentworth's Australian partner company, Spatia Asset Management. Brad consults to a wide range of property owning and managing organisations across Australian and New Zealand.

Dave Marshall

Job Titles:

David leads Thompson Wentworth's Project Services business unit and comes to Thompson Wentworth from an original background in aviation engineering which over the last 15 years has morphed into a career in property.

Laura Jones

After developing an interest in property following Project Administration roles with Fletcher Construction and Downer, Laura moved into a Communications Assistant role within Downer on the Housing New Zealand (HNZ) Repairs Program where she gained valuable insight into residential property management. Following a contract with Leigh's Construction as an estimating assistant, Laura grew her experience base into new business and leasing with First National Real Estate. Laura first came to Thompson Wentworth in May 2017 providing Body Corporate Secretarial and Management services for a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use body corporates. Laura continues to provide these services to the business for some two days per week via her "Tiny Temp" executive assistant brand. In this role Laura prepares and compiles Thompson Wentworth's Annual General Meeting (AGM) agenda packs and works with our compliance vendors and owners to facilitate their annual Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) access requirements. Laura has her New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate under the Real Estate Agents Act and has a New Zealand Institute of Management Diploma. Laura has specific skills in the use of digital and social media tools in property and is experienced in streamlining systems and creating processes to improve workflow and data management.

Oliver Freer

Oliver has over 21 years' experience in commercial real estate. He has held senior positions, including directorships, at CBRE, Trammell Crow Company and Colliers International. Oliver specialises in property transactions in the Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors, both nationally and internationally. His experience includes freehold sales and acquisition and leasehold acquisition and disposal. Oliver is based in Sydney and is a director of Thompson Wentworth's Australian partner company, Spatia Property Transactions and acts as a channel for our Australian clients wanting property transaction representation in New Zealand and our NZ clients with transaction management requirements in Australia.

Prince Naveen

Prince Naveen (Nav) completed his accounting studies from Auckland, in addition to his bachelor's degree in Commerce. Nav has been a valued member of our team since joining the company in May 2021 from a finance position in the body corporate sector out of Auckland . Nav runs the body corporate businesses financial administration and accounting services function. In this capacity he supports our body corporate secretarial, facilities and project managers in their delivery of strata and asset management services to a diverse and distributed client base spread across the SI and NZ with a significant number located across the world. In this capacity he runs the business receivables and payables management functions, and the treasury & trust account services along with the periodic financial reporting and control required by our body corporate clients. Nav is one of our subject matter experts on our body corporate management platform and is a willing financial assistant to our widespread client base.

Susan Loveridge

Susan commenced employment with Thompson Wentworth in June 2014 and came to Thompson Wentworth from House of Travel Holdings as their Payroll Manager and prior to that having had 17 years in the banking industry, working within Tellers, Customers Services and Investments. Susan has the responsibility for the provision of financial and shared services support to Thompson Wentworth's Christchurch Property Management business lines and manages and administrates the business's Property and Tenancy information management systems. Susan is experienced in all aspect of property administration and manages Thompson Wentworth's property owners Trust Accounts.
