Cora Di Pietro

Cora Di Pietro leads Livingston International's International Trade Consulting group, pursuing strategic opportunities to grow the business with clients engaged in international trade, helping them minimize risk and achieve higher levels of regulatory compliance. Highly knowledgeable in all areas of valuation, tariff classification, free trade agreements, security regulations, marking rules, export controls and tax, Cora has played a key role in helping large companies around the world expand their business into international markets. Cora has had several success leadership positions since joined Livingston in 1997, including consulting director for Ontario and head of the eastern region in 2004, responsible for both consulting services and business development. Prior to Livingston, Cora held progressively senior positions in the area of commodity tax with two major accounting firms. Cora holds a B.A. from York University in Toronto and is an active member of numerous trade and industry associations while also frequently serving as a speaker and lecturer on global trade.

Gary Reid

As senior vice president of International Freight & Transportation Services, Gary is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of Livingston's freight offerings across North America and around the world. Gary originally joined Livingston as Vice-President, International Freight & Transportation Services, when Livingston acquired this service capability through its acquisition of Blaiklock Inc. in 1999. A strong believer in surrounding himself with excellent people and in hiring and retaining talent, Gary led Livingston's Canadian freight forwarding operation to growth and profitability. He accomplished this by reorganizing the sales force, developing incentive programs, building a partner-agent network and introducing a new operating system. Gary has a BS and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal and is a graduate of industry qualification programs offered by the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association and the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers. Gary is fluently bilingual in French and English.

Lisa Zangari - CHRO

As the Chief People Officer, Lisa is responsible for driving Livingston's company-wide people strategy and leading all aspects of the employee experience. This includes organizational design, talent acquisition and end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, change management, people analytics, and internal communications. Her team is on the front line of driving Livingston's customer-first culture and associate empowerment and is dedicated to hiring and engaging thousands of employees around the world. Lisa and her team take a holistic approach to the employee experience, striving to create an exceptional workplace through new programs and initiatives, new technology, great support, and opportunities. Prior to joining Livingston in 2022, Lisa spent more than 25 years providing strategic guidance to executive teams on successful people strategies, including workforce optimization and succession planning - both as in-house human resources leader and through her own consulting enterprise. Her work has taken her to the highest levels of large, publicly listed tech companies where she provided counsel on corporate strategy, compensation, succession planning, organizational transformation/change management, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and corporate governance. She is distinguished as a seasoned, collaborative, and accomplished senior human resources executive adept at building highly competent, high-performing teams. Lisa is an active mentor to women in technology and HR professionals and she also serves as director for a non-profit organization. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys being outdoors with her family, either on the trails, slopes or near the water. She is an avid traveler and enjoys experiencing other cultures.

Michael Wilder

Michael joined Livingston in February 2018, bringing with him 30 years of expertise in global trade management, including internal controls, auditing and risk management. Since joining Livingston, Michael has channeled his efforts toward helping large multinationals mitigate compliance risk, reduce supply chain friction and leverage lawful duty avoidance programs to reduce the cost of importing. He has been pivotal in supporting these businesses in strategic supply chain decision making during a period of global trade volatility. Prior to joining Livingston, Michael served in a variety of senior leadership roles, including vice president of a prominent trade consulting firm and as Regional Customs Manager for an automotive technology company. Michael is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Robert Closner - Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Robert oversees Livingston's legal affairs with specific focus on contract management, litigation, privacy compliance, corporate governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Robert applies a commercial mindset to his legal guidance, working closely with the company's leadership team to ensure its ability to grow while adapting to evolving industry challenges. Robert joined Livingston in February 2020, bringing with him 20 years of legal experience, more than 15 of which were spent as in-house counsel, managing global, legal issues within the mining industry. This includes his role as general counsel of a junior mining company in Western Australia and vice president, General Counsel, for the world's largest publicly traded mining-services company. Robert holds a Juris Doctor (J.D) from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University.
