TRC Projects was formed in 2014 in Calgary and then started developing real estate for new homes in Radium Hot Springs in 2016. We focus on 1 project at a time, and hire quality trades and quality builders. In the Columbia Valley, and our projects in Radium Hot Springs and Invermere, we have developed a great relationship with the Valley's top Residential Home Builder, Kris Newman Building Construction... TRC Projects Ltd. Is a privately held Real Estate Development company that focuses on boutique developments in both Calgary, Alberta, Radium Hot Springs and Invermere, British Columbia.
