UGL TRUST

The United Gilsonite Laboratories Asbestos Personal Injury Trust (the "Trust") was established pursuant to the Modified First Amended Plan of Reorganization of United Gilsonite Laboratories Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, dated September 30, 2014 (the "Plan"). The Trust was created to process, liquidate and pay valid asbestos personal injury claims in accordance with the First Amended United Gilsonite Laboratories Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures (as may be amended from time to time, the "TDP").
