We use our knowledge as brewers to create exciting flavours at all stages of a whisky's creation, celebrating the unique characteristics that we are able to develop within. AT TWO BREWERS, WE CHOOSE NOT TO REPEAT THE SAME WHISKIES OVER AND OVER, INSTEAD WE EXPLORE THE FLAVOURS AND CHARACTERISTICS THAT DEVELOP IN INDIVIDUAL BARRELS, EXPERTLY GUIDING THE PROCESS TO BRING OUT THE BEST IN EVERY EXPRESSION.
