Upward Development, LLC is a small business. We are a B-Corp (benefit company) in Oregon, established in 2014 by Andi Kemp. The name reflects the continuous improvement process we apply to working with organizations and people... Upward Development is led by Andi, who manages the LLC with support from a CPA. An advisory board provides guidance and direction as needed. Subcontractors and colleagues contribute to larger, more complex projects... Our work strengthens organizations and supports people who build stronger communities. We strive to make your work more manageable and effective by building on strengths.
