Anne Sperling was one of the founders and was the first Executive Director for the NM Health Insurance Alliance. The Alliance was a quasi-governmental program for the underserved small employers of NM. The Alliance served to fill the small group medical insurance gaps for 20 years. Anne's leadership for the first four years of its existence proved to lay the groundwork for its success for the next 16.
