Driven by his passion for puzzles and processes, Jefferson Miner enjoys learning how to do something, and then takes the time to learn how to do it better. VG Systems LLC, is based on that concept; building solutions for our clients making those solutions better. With a background in computer science and project management, Jefferson Miner is solution focused and goal oriented with a passion for challenges and exceeding customers' goals.
Thomas Perry is a serial Entrepreneur. Starting his first business at 12 years old, he began his love to grow businesses through exceptional customer service. He learned of his passion for managing projects, data and computer systems at 23 after starting TACT Financial, a direct marketing company. Thomas has become an expert in Project and Portfolio Management. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified fromthe Project Management Institute, Security+, and Microsoft Certified Professional, he has a dedicated vision to learn by doing. Working together with co-founder Jefferson Miner, VG Systems is the nexus of his passions. Yet he still finds time to give back. Earning the Meritorious Service Award and nominated for Small Businessperson of the Year (Industry), he gives back to the community through a variety of projects. Growing up as the son and grandson of Marines, Thomas has always been focused on giving back to the community that helped to raise him. By starting the VGS MilSpouse program at Quantico, he has been able to fulfill his lifelong mission to help the families of our warfighters to have grown and flourish as part of this great country. Outside of work, you can often find him on the sidelines for either of his two children's lacrosse games, riding through the hills and valleys of Northern Virginia on his favorite mountain bike or spending time outdoors with a set of golf clubs in tow.
