Cindy brought over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry to V.F. McNeil in 2007. Her experience and industry alliances have been a true asset to V.F. McNeil and the personal lines clients the agency serves. She goes out of her way to provide outstanding service and is often known to have flowers and gifts on her desk from clients because of it. She also provides a great deal of mentoring to new and existing peers, sharing her years of experience and knowledge. Cindy's a devoted mother to her son and extended family, always helping and supporting where needed. She loves a fun trip with friends to the casino and her favorite vacation spots are sunny Florida and of course "Viva Las Vegas!" Her two vacation choices lead her to her favorite United Airlines app when a trip is in the works. Cindy knows better than anyone that the world of insurance is all about handling the unexpected, so her favorite quote is "It is what it is," as she seamlessly handles all challenges that come her way in order to provide her well known and outstanding service to the clients of V.F. McNeil. "I have dealt with Cindy a number of years and she has helped our family and my son's family in a very professional and efficient manner. Daniel joined V.F. McNeil in 2002 after earning his BA in Business Management and working at The Hartford. He started as an Account Manager and quickly moved up to an Account Executive role. He was then promoted to Vice President in 2006. Being the only individual who successfully worked in almost every role within the agency, Daniel was the perfect choice for succession. He purchased V.F. McNeil Insurance in 2012 and has continued to move the agency forward. His team describes him as being a genuine, transparent, and very caring leader. Although he excels at agency operations, he surprises his team with many other skills like pop-up breakfast in the office, carpentry for special events, and the ability to make a complex spreadsheet presentation creative and entertaining. Although he tends to be a bit of an insurance nerd, especially when it comes to the importance of protecting the agency and its clients from cyber-related crimes through education, prevention, and cyber liability insurance protection, he has many other interests. Dan loves spending time with his wife and three children and can often be found at the beach, biking, skiing, or doing just about anything outside. He enjoys a good round of golf, country music events, and the opportunity to volunteer when needed.

Debra proudly displays her years of insurance knowledge and experience when she is working with her co-workers, clients, and company representatives. Helping others to protect the things that matter most is something she takes very seriously. Providing guidance to help her clients make the right choices is what she really enjoys about being an Account Manager at V.F. McNeil. Her insurance background runs the gamut of the industry, as she possesses experience in health insurance, life insurance, and property and casualty insurance. Although she is happy to have a diversified insurance background and has worked both on the carrier and agency side, she really enjoys working on the agency side, as it allows her to develop closer relationships with clients. Outside of work, Deb loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, two grandchildren, and her granddogs. She is truly a people person and states that she knew V.F. McNeil would be a great fit for her because its mission statement includes one of her favorite quotes, "treat everyone the same way you want to be treated." She and her husband enjoy walking, swimming, and coastal cruises in their Jeep. She is an avid reader, putting Behind Closed Doors at the top of her list. Bucket List is her movie of choice when it comes to favorites, as she believes in living life with no regrets. She dreams of going back to Punta Cana to soak up some sun. Her peers also know her as the savvy shopper in the office, providing coupons on demand to any fellow shoppers if you ask! "Superb customer service. Joining the V.F. McNeil team in March 2023, Diane Cook was highly recommended by a trusted, local networking group that supports the growth of privately owned businesses and non-profit organizations. Diane comes to V.F. McNeil with an associate degree from Bryant & Stratton College as well as a plethora of experience in customer service, medical billing, coding, claims, staff management, staff training, systems management, and a can-do attitude. Motivated by analyzing the needs of a project and developing a plan to reach the goal, Diane prides herself on achieving goals within defined timelines. Diane's relatable experience and reputation for going the extra step to accomplish crucial tasks in the best interest of her clients has made her an excellent addition to our commercial lines team. Outside of her love for learning and her aptitude for technology, she enjoys the simpler pleasures in life. Being outdoors, gardening, exploring new hiking trails, spending a day by the shore, and cheering on her daughter, who is a very talented dancer, is where she holds her heart. Paddleboarding is a newer sport for Diane, which may eventually graduate her to a secret dream she's had for years. Even people who know her aren't aware that she has always wanted to learn how to surf. Her new team hopes she can "get stoked" enough to pursue this dream and finally have her "hang ten" moment!!

Joining the agency in 2009, Julie brought her extensive background in executive support and bookkeeping to V.F. McNeil. She provides the agency with highly detailed skills and consistent execution to ensure successful operational functioning each day. She also holds a BA in English, which she obtained from the University of Connecticut. Outside of V.F.McNeil, Julie freelances as a writer for Shore Publishing newspapers and its website, zip06. Her past editorial experience has also been a great benefit to the agency. She published her first book, Date Expectations, in 2015 and has won numerous awards for her humorous take on dating, the second time around. Stay tuned for what comes next! Born and raised in New Jersey, Julie has a strong affection for the shoreline. A relaxing day at the beach with a good book is one of her favorite hobbies. In contrast, she can't resist a good action/adventure movie with one of her favorites being Jaws. The bigger the teeth the better she jokingly says. Her favorite quote is "All you need is love" - The Beatles. And we can't forget to mention her personal mantra, absurdity is truly the spice of life.

Coming on board in 2007 with a background in Marketing, Pauline knew only the basics when it came to insurance. She pioneered the development and implementation of V.F. McNeil's first marketing campaign to help enhance brand awareness, sales, and retention. Since then, she earned her Connecticut Property & Casualty License to further her knowledge of insurance-related topics. She continues to evolve the agency's marketing and sales process and enjoys using her knowledge to help her team communicate and inform V.F. McNeil's clients and its community. On a personal note, she likes many different experiences. During her time away from work, you might find her, her husband, and sometimes their grown children, biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, skeet shooting, cooking, thrifting, or visiting the beach, no matter the season. Her favorite apps are Translator and Duolingo, as she and her family love to travel. When she travels, she jokingly sets her email out of office to, "Covering the earth before it covers me." Her favorite quote is, "I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list." Comedy is her favorite movie genre as she firmly believes that laughter is good for your health.
