Aitor joined Vía Celere in 2018 as Director of the Accounting and Administration Department.
He has more than 23 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before joining Vía Célere, he worked in Metrovacesa for more than seventeen years in different positions within the Car Parks and Residential Business Areas and the Financial Area.
In terms of education, he has a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

Almudena joined Vía Célere in 2013 as a delegate in Bulgaria. In 2015 she became international director of Vía Célere and since 2017 she has taken on the position of regional manager for the north and Castilla y León area.
With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, she began her professional career as an architect in a studio before making the leap into real estate development in 2004. She assumed roles of responsibility in both Reyal Urbis and Montecanal, acting as international technical director and developing real estate projects with more than 1,000 homes in Bulgaria, Poland and Canada.
Regarding training, she was awarded an Architecture degree with a speciality in Building Construction from the ETS of Architecture in Valladolid.
Aurelio joined Via Célere in 2017 as general director of land.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, being responsible for both investment strategy and urban planning management and asset enhancement, having analyzed operations for a volume exceeding 10,000 million euros.
Before joining Via Celere, he held positions of responsibility in renowned real estate companies and financial institutions such as BBVA RE.
Regarding training, he has a degree in law from the University of Salamanca and a Master's degree in urban planning and territorial planning from the San Pablo CEU Business School.

Aurora joined Vía Célere in 2016, she is secretary of the board of directors and holds the positions of Chief Legal and Compliance officer, along with responsibility for ESG.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before joining Vía Célere, she worked at PwC for more than eight years advising national and international clients on real estate and urban planning law in transactions and refinancing of real estate companies for a total value of 2,000 million euros, as well as in the management of these assets.
In terms of training, she holds a degree in Law from the University of Castilla la Mancha, a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the San Pablo CEU Business School, an MBA from Esade as well as a specialist in Compliance qualification from IEB.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Beatriz joined Vía Celere in 2018. She is currently Head of the Tax Department, responsible for compliance with tax obligations, the Group's tax planning, and providing support regarding tax matters to the areas of business, finance and business development.
She has over 19 years of experience in corporate tax consultancy. Before joining Vía Celere, she worked in law firms such as Garrigues and Deloitte, providing tax advice to national and international companies from various sectors.
She also worked in internal consultancy at BBVA and SGAE.
Beatriz holds a Law Degree from the University of Salamanca, and has completed a Master's Degree in Tax Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

Héctor Serrat is appointed CEO of Vía Célere in November 2023. He has great knowledge of the company, having been involved in the project since its inception and actively participated in the creation of what today is Vía Célere. He has been member of its Board of Directors since 2015.
He brings with him more than 20 years experience in real estate, private equity, and investment banking. Prior to joining Vía Célere, he was a Partner and Deputy CIO of Meridia Capital, a Spanish private equity real estate asset manager. As a Managing Director, he also led for 8 years the Spanish real estate investments at Värde Partners, where he was directly responsible for building and managing a multi-billion investment portfolio in the servicing, residential and Commercial Real Estate spaces. In addition to Vía Célere, he has served as Board member of the servicer Aliseda, the residential developer Aelca and the CRE platforms La Finca Global Assets and Dos Puntos Asset Management. Prior to joining Värde, Mr. Serrat worked at Patron Capital Partners and in the Investment Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Serrat earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and an MSc from HEC Business School, Paris.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate sector and, during this period, he has negotiated financing and guarantee facilities for the development of promotions for an amount of more than EUR 3 billion. Prior to joining Vía Célere, he held financial management positions in different business areas of Grupo Empresarial San Jose: construction, industrial, energy and environment and real estate.
He holds a degree in economics from Vigo School of Economics, specialising in International Economics.

José joined the Via Célere team in 2017, although he has belonged to it since 2002. Within the company he has held jobs such as technical manager and regional manager within the southern delegation.
With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, he began his professional career as a works manager, making the leap to real estate development around the year 2000, assuming roles of responsibility at Parquesol, the company where he mainly carried out his activity, leading the technical team, managing more than 1,000 homes a year and living the experience of going public. Around 2010 and within the same company, now called SAN JOSE INMOBILIARIA, he was promoted to regional management, a position he continues to hold today, after the company was taken over by the commercial firm DOSPUNTOS.
Regarding training, he holds an Architecture degree with a speciality in project implementation from the School of Architecture in Seville.
García Soriano has acquired more than two decades of professional experience in the Spanish real estate and infrastructure sector, complemented by his successful work in managing large scale projects in other sectors such as health, railways, education or research, among others.
Julio joined Vía Célere in 2021 as chief operations officer.
He has more than 23 years of experience in the real estate and construction sectors and with over 20 years of experience in management positions in top level companies in the industry, such as Dragados and Sacyr. Positions held include: building delegate for Catalonia, business development manager for Spain, as well as extensive international experience, as Building Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland, being responsible for the management and operation of projects in this area.

Laura joined Vía Célere in 2016 as regional manager of the central area.
She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. She began her professional career at Foura arquitectura and later continued with various positions of responsibility in prestigious real estate companies such as Bouygues Inmobiliaria or BBVA RE.
At Vía Célere, together with the rest of the multidisciplinary team, she has managed more than 70 developments and more than 5,000 homes, of which more than 3,700 homes have already been delivered.
Regarding training, she holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Miguel Ángel joined Vía Célere in 2020 as chief business officer.
With over 25 years of experience in the sector, he has occupied different positions of responsibility throughout his professional career in construction companies such as Dragados and Sacyr, going on develop his work in the real estate development sector.
He began his career in this sector at Grupo Riofisa, and prior to joining Vía Célere he held various positions at development companies, including investment manager, business development manager and operations manager at ING Real Estate and general manager of the residential area in Spain and Brazil for Grupo Lar.
Regarding training, he is a civil engineer having been awarded his degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds an Executive MBA from IE.
Montserrat has been Human Resources manager at Vía Célere since 2014, responsible for the strategy and implementation of all policies related to the company's human capital, additionally assuming the role of Head of Labour Relations since 2016.
She began her professional career in the area of Human Resources as a Head Hunting consultant at Iberian Search and Selection, taking responsibility for the direct search for managers. In 2007 she joined KPMG as head of Recruitment, managing more than 150 incorporations a year.
Regarding training, she holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Seville and a Master's degree in Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits from the Garrigues Study Centre.

Roberto joined Vía Célere in July 2014 as regional manager.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the sector, beginning his professional career at Grupo Lar as Operations Manager. Later he worked at Agofer and Sando as regional manager and at Catalunya Caixa Inmobiliaria as national manager of land and new developments.
Regarding training, he is a Business Graduate from the Pompeu Fabra University and holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Companies at the Barcelona Association of Architects.
