VELVET HOTEL

New Hotel "Velvet" is located in the historical city centre, 5 minutes walk from Sportivnaya metro station, on a quiet Syezzhinskaya street, in the yard of the house № 4. This building was designed in modern style by architect G. D. Grimm, built in 1904/1905. Before the revolution it was a profitable house of N. A. Terent'eva (I. I. Borgman). Now it is a historical monument of architecture of Saint-Petersburg. Hotel has a private entrance from the street.
