Homes built on barrier islands have special considerations, as do homes built in our mainland neighborhoods, with each municipality having its own building code. We take into consideration whether the home will be used as a primary residence, a vacation home or as rental property... With more than 20 years of building coastal homes behind us, we know the questions to asks and the issues facing a coastal build.
