Molly Ward - Founder

Molly Ward, CFP®, CDFA® is the Founder of Well Lived Wealth, LLC and has more than 27 years of professional experience. A Texas native, Molly earned her Certified Financial Planner® designation and built a wealth management firm before she had her first child at age 26. Since then, she has acquired a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation obtained the Collaborative Divorce Training and participated in financial programs at Harvard and Wharton Business Schools. She was named one of five advisors (and the only woman) to Equitable's Elite Producer Group Steering Committee out of 5,000 of her peers. She is a former associate's roundtable Chair of James A. Baker III Institute at Rice University, a former member of the board of her local library and has held numerous PTO positions. Molly is currently a a member of the Investment Committee at the St. Luke's Foundation, the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, as well as serves on the Board of Directors of Ft. Worth's Lone Oak Trust Company. She's a regular blood donor and Kids' Meals sandwich maker. Molly has a talent for creating meaningful financial plans based the client's situation and future possibilities. As the leader of Well Lived Wealth, Molly finds satisfaction in teaching the next generation of advisors about the tax strategies that improve client's finances and protecting their wealth for generations.

Rebecca Tarver

Rebecca graduated from Texas A&M University where she completed the CFP® coursework. She is a client relationship associate who specializes in Investments, Insurance, Analysis, and Planning and is currently a candidate for CFP®. Her skilled communication style, collaborative spirit and warm personality has allowed her to build trust and respect among colleagues and clients alike. Her superior attention to detail is her superpower for WLW clients.

Ross Selvaggi

The newest addition to the WLW team, Ross was an intern for two summers before coming on part-time as a Client Service Associate. He graduated from Loyola in May and is currently a graduate student at Tulane. His patience and attention to detail is top-notch. Ross was a star baseball player at Loyola until a knee injury sidelined him. He loves New Orleans but still considers Houston his home. He enjoys cooking with his sous vide and working out in his spare time.

Shannon MacIntyre

As a Marketing Specialist, Shannon is constantly striving to create original content that is witty and engaging. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Public Relations, where she found a passion for applying creativity and ingenuity to daily life. Shannon also runs the administrative side of the office, being the first point of contact and juggling various calendars. Her sense of humor and easygoing nature make her capable of any task put in front of her. She is often in the kitchen trying new recipes or checking out local restaurants. Shannon is a proud aunt of three boys, and when she is not busy cheering on the Astros or spending time with friends and family, she has her nose in a book or enjoying a glass of wine.

Tate Lowe

Originally from Wharton, TX, Tate Lowe is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Parsons Mounted Cavalry. His career started with Equitable Advisors as a Financial Professional in 2015 and he joined Well Lived Wealth in 2018. Tate is well-versed in planning with business owners and families. Tate's specialty focus are young professionals, sometimes called the HENRYs, The High Earners, Not Rich Yet. Tate is a fully licensed financial advisor. He received his CFP® designation through Northwestern University's program and values education and on-going training as a way to promote professional excellence.
