The purpose of the Westminster Baseball Association (WBA) is to operate a sound baseball program for boys and girls in Carroll County. Westminster Baseball Association is an "All VOLUNTEER" organization which is essential in order to maintain a quality program while keeping participation fees affordable. Our past and present volunteers have put in countless hours and hard work to make your son's/daughter's playing experience enjoyable.
