Andreas E. Christou is an Associate Attorney with Woods Lonergan PLLC, having joined in 2020. Andreas received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Pace University. Previously, Andreas worked at a Queens-based law firm where he litigated in state and federal courts and primarily handled consumer bankruptcy, real estate litigation and commercial litigation matters. At Woods Lonergan, Andreas handles a variety of state and federal matters including bankruptcy, real estate litigation, specifically focused on representing the boards of condominium and cooperative communities in New York City, FLSA actions, personal injury, and general commercial and corporate litigation. Andreas is fluent in Greek and active in New York's Greek-American community. Prior to graduating law school, Andreas served as the International President of the Sons of Pericles, part of one of the largest Greek-American organizations in North America. Andrew S. Read has worked at Woods Lonergan PLLC since 2008. Upon joining the firm, he initially worked as a clerk while he attended law school. For the past 7 years, Andrew has worked as litigation counsel concentrating in commercial and real estate matters. His broad-based experience includes commercial litigation, business startup counseling, as well as real and intellectual property matters. Andrew graduated from New York Law School in 2010. Prior to law school, Andrew served as the manager for the Junior Board of Directors for Doctors of the World - USA, an international health and human rights organization. He remains an active member of the human rights community, volunteering his time and talent whenever possible. Annie E. Causey

Annie Causey is a Partner with Woods Lonergan PLLC and directs its business litigation and corporate practice. Prior to joining Woods Lonergan PLLC in 2017, Annie served as general counsel to a national litigation firm headquartered in NYC where she also chaired its complex commercial litigations and class actions. Annie concentrates her practice at Woods Lonergan PLLC in business litigations involving directors and officers, LLCs and corporate structurings and financings, business fraud, commercial paper, other business contracts and complex transactions, partner, member and shareholder disputes, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, professional malpractice, insurance defense, and other varied commercial interests. Annie also provides general counsel to Woods Lonergan PLLC's core clients to assist in resolving their complex transactional needs. A graduate of New York Law School with significant academic honors and publications, she contributed over 600 pro bono hours representing clients before FINRA, interned with a criminal justice of the Supreme Court, and served the New York Center for Juvenile Justice as a public interest fellow and policy analyst. Annie has been named to New York Super Lawyer's Rising Star awards for 2016-2017 and 2019-2021, and brings broad-spectrum experience to the firm.

James Woods, Managing Partner of the firm, holds more than 25 years of broad experience in corporate, real estate and business matters. His expertise in handling negotiations, litigation, jury trials and all forms of alternative dispute resolution spans multiple areas, including corporate, real estate, and commercial litigation. James actively represents dozens of Cooperative and Condominium Boards and serves as counsel to many Corporate Boards. Prior to founding the firm, James proudly served as an Assistant District Attorney for Nassau County and handled both jury and bench trials. With experience that also covers sophisticated transactions, complex acquisitions, James also serves as counsel to several domestic companies in a range of industries and commercial arenas, including real estate, insurance, banking, transportation, and construction. Lawrence R. Lonergan

Lawrence R. Lonergan serves as a Partner with the firm and has practiced corporate, commercial, securities, and real estate law in New York since 1992, and in New Jersey since 2007. Larry has successfully litigated complex matters in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey throughout his career. Larry is a business-minded lawyer with substantial transactional experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate deals. Logan Lowe

Logan Lowe joined Woods Lonergan PLLC in 2009. Since that time, Logan has worked diligently on the firm's intellectual property and technology law matters, collaborating with the firm's litigation group on nearly all intellectual property disputes. Logan's area of concentration includes developing technology, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, block-chain technology, and GDPR compliance. Logan provides targeted outside counsel to several major e-commerce and international businesses, and he is one of less than 350 MAI designated real estate appraisers in New York State and 7,430 worldwide. Logan's background involves extensive publishing and speaking with numerous accolades for his work as an IP Lecturer for Lawline.com. Previously, Logan served as an associate editor and monthly columnist for the e-commerce magazine, eSecurities, distributed by the ABA and Leader publications.
